Located northeastern side of the Kauai on Anahola Bay, this is the perfect beach spot for a gathering of family and friends. Mornings start with oceanfront sunrises and your day continues with beach activities right outside your door. Evenings are backyard barbeques and cocktails. This five bedroom home is conveniently located near shopping, local cuisine and the Kilauea Lighthouse, Kealia Beach, Wailua River, Sleeping Giant, Coconut Marketplace, and much more.
The accommodations are split into three distinct living areas and can easily sleep twelve. The spacious main home upper living area offers ocean views and open space perfect for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Four of the bedrooms are located on the lower level perfect for beach access. All bedrooms are en-suite and offering ocean views. The fifth bedroom suite is above the garage and is outfitted with air conditioning.
Backyard of Anahola Palms abuts Hawaiian Home Lands Trust land which is open and accessible to the public. This land is part of 200,000 acres of Hawaii land set aside for the benefit of native Hawaiians. Please use it as well as the neighboring lands respectfully.

The house was beautiful fit all of us comfortably. The view each morning from the balcony was stunning. And with direct access to the beach from the backyard it was perfect. We went when the waves were pretty rocky so beware if you have small kids.

The house fit our family of 12 (8 adults, 4 children) perfectly, everyone had their own space and bathroom. Check in process was easy, had a minor issue with the lock box but the management was very responsive and solved the issue quickly. The location was ideal for what we wanted; the house was right on the beach, we watched the sunrise every morning and hung at the beach most afternoons, There were plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, etc for the beach. The location of the home was great, being on the east side we were in between the North and South sides; spent time at Waimea Canyon, Napali Coast, Kayak tour, sleeping giant, Tunnels Beach, Hanalei, but we usually ended up chilling in the afternoon at our beach house and cooking dinner in. We stopped at Costco before we headed to the house, but also made stops when needed at Safeway. Great time, great location great Island.

The house was great. Some furniture outside was moved around from thw listing pictures but still good. The beachfront access was so amazing and convenient! The grill didn't have any utensils with it and the washer wouldn't work during our stay. But we contacted the host and they got utensils out to us next day and offered a fluff nd fold service for our inconvenience. Getting ahold of the host was easy and we are very happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommend!

Family Gathering
The location and beach were amazing. The house was clean and the setup was perfect for our family. The only downer was that the stove/oven was not working. I understand that things break down and sometimes replacements take a while to get. The biggest thing was the lack of communication from management. We were not told about the situation until I contacted them about it when we were trying to cook lunch and it would not start. Come to find out it had been broken for two weeks. There was an air fryer and they had left a two burner hot plate but with the size of the home it’s impossible to cook for everyone with those appliances and we had purchased groceries that needed to be prepared in an oven. Had we known about the lack of oven we could have planned differently. Management definitely failed with this rental. While the house and location were great I would not recommend any home that Parrish Kauai manages.

We sincerely apologize for not notifying you in advance about the inoperable stove top and oven. That was an oversight on our part, and we truly regret any inconvenience it caused.
As we discussed during your stay, we provided alternative cooking options, including an air fryer, hot plates, a gas BBQ grill, and a microwave. We also offered compensation to acknowledge the inconvenience. While we understand you had a different expectation regarding the amount, we based it on industry standards.

Incredible location
Enjoyed the ocean front location. There were a couple fans that did not work that would have made the stay more enjoyable if they were working by being able to cool the rooms more efficiently in the evenings for better sleeping conditions. The outdoor furniture was wobbly and the table unsafe. Paying premium dollar, these are things you would not expect to experience. There were two occasions someone from the property management showed up un announced. I notified mgmt by email being unsure if these people were legitimate and I was told they would make sure to notify me prior to this happening and that was not followed through with as it happened again after I notified of the issue. Ideal for multiple parties with 3 total private living quarters or one large group. You are next to two campgrounds that generate some early morning and middle of the night noise with vehicles driving up and down the beach. We would most likely stay here again primarily due to the beach access. It is easy to overlook these minor inconveniences with the waves right out your door. Aside from the un announced visit Management was courteous and professional at all times.

Wonderful! Clean, well equipped kitchen, beach view was incredible! There were times during our stay that we were the only people on the beach. Loved that! Only down side was that there were things at the house that needed upkeep. The grill on the deck barely worked, some of the chairs on deck were broken, the televisions/remotes didn't work, the dishwasher had the control directions taped on, which made it very hard to select cycle, off/on, etc. Things that caretakers may not know about. We would definitely recommend this prooerty!
