- A queen size bed is separated from living space by a bureau and pony wall.
- Living area features a sofa, coffee table, TV and DVD player. The dining area seats 4 people.
- The kitchenette is stocked with a mini-refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, cooking utensils, and stove top. There is no oven.
- A private bathroom with an oversized bathtub and shower.
- The studio condominium accommodates 2-4 people.

Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
