Cozy Vacation Rental

This rental property was cozy and decorated fully in each room for Christmas, which was such a nice surprise for us and our family. We enjoyed hanging out the 2nd deck with our family, the views were beautiful, and we enjoyed playing pool while listening to music and just relaxing at the bar. The beds were comfortable and everyone enjoyed their rooms, I would recommend this property.

Josie was a really responsive host, she provided detailed instructions prior to our stay and answered all my questions promptly. The house was clean at check in and felt spacious for our group of 12. The supplies and amenities were provided thoughtfully and sufficiently - we appreciated having the family friendly items like the high chair/booster seat. One quick note - there wasn’t soap/shampoo in one of the bathrooms with the soaking tub. Conveniently located, we were within a 5 min walk from the beach and had a pretty good ocean view. Wished we could enjoy the outdoor space and deck more but with the humidity and heat there were way too many mosquitoes feasting on us (even with repellent on). Overall, we had a comfortable and great stay with our families. Thank you for hosting us!
