The Space:

A Whale of a Time is a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom beachfront property centrally located in the Cloon subdivision. This two-story, 2200 square foot home has room for a large family, comfortably sleeping 16. The home offers two decks, gorgeous coastal decor, and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. You just can't get much closer to the beach!



The comfortably furnished living area features a large TV and high speed internet for your convenience. It opens up to a large dining table, and a modern kitchen perfect for preparing and serving all your favorite meals. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need, including a Keurig coffee maker.

There are two primary bedrooms, each within a king bed and ensuite bath. Bedrooms three and four feature a set of queen bunk beds in each, and the final bedroom features 4 twin bunk beds. There is one full bath and an additional half bath on the main floor.



In addition to the upper and lower deck, on the ground level you will find a fenced yard, bar area and charcoal bbq pit - perfect for grilling and outdoor entertaining! The sand shower is perfect for washing away the day at the beach before you head upstairs.



Cargo lift available for additional fee. Small dogs (under 35 pounds) allowed with an additional fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
