Malibu Dume Dream w/ Pool, Theater, & Ocean Views

Located down a quiet lane in one of Malibu’s most coveted neighborhoods. This grand scale estate of over 10,000 sq. ft. is a safe haven from the urban masses. It truly has it all - including gated entry, large motor court, sunny courtyard swimming pool and spa, dramatic entry foyer with towering two story ceilings, beautiful ocean, coastline and mountain views, spacious living room, 2 family rooms, gourmet kitchen with Viking and Subzero appliances, card room, library and full gym, large ocean view master with spa bath and his and her walk in closets, an office, 4 guest/kid’s rooms, plus maid’s/guest quarters with kitchenette, massage room, 5 car garage, workshop and more. There is no shortage of amenities here and all is within easy access to Malibu’s best beaches, schools, shopping and restaurants.
We get a cleaning report from our team to address any issue you may find. Please let us know when you checked in if anything requires our attention.

-No smoking policy
Our smoking Policy is Strict, this is a non-smoking property, located in a High-Risk Fire Zone!

We will add an additional fine of $350 if you smoked on our property and we will claim all additional expenses of any special cleaning that may be needed, from you, according to the non-smoking Policy.

****No smoking inside the property.
No smoking of any substance including vaping.

Photography/shootings / small events **Do not host parties or gatherings, please discuss with us in advance if you have extra guests coming and get approved. The number of guests you mentioned in your booking will be considered as the guest allowed to stay. written request beforehand - specifying the terms and Deposit amount. Please contact us directly

-Pool /Jacuzzi can be heated for additional pay $200 a day, please let us know in advance so we can prepare it on time.

-Quiet hours
We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am noise should be kept to a minimum.

-Damages
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!


-Pets
Please mention if you arrive with Pets.
We love animals and welcome them as a part of the family!
**Please note that there is a pet fee of $150 for 1 pet and $250 for 2 pets. When booking we will request a $500 deposit and deduct the pet fee when returning the deposit.
