Beautiful property, great location walkable to the pier and Malibu Country Mart. Kids loved access to the beach, sand on our patio and the amazing hot tub. Spacious common area. Overall a great stay for families/ larger groups.

The photos for this property look amazing because the property is amazing. The photos represent well exactly what you'll get. A fantastic spot right in the ocean with lovely open layout to the home. We're very happy with our stay.

Malibu Sands

The property was beautiful and the location was perfect. The management company Stay Awhile made everything extremely easy from airport transfers to rental cars. They were extremely responsive and helpful thought our stay. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Home in Malibu, and location is PERFECT!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here so much! The home is beautiful, there was plenty of room for our family of 7. Soaking in the hot tub on the second level watching the ocean was my favorite part. Oh, and you're close enough to Nobu to walk. ;) Highly recommend!!

Beautiful home!

We loved everything about this beautiful property and fantastic hospitality. Really above and beyond! Watching dolphins play while having morning coffee was a highlight! Everyone was blown away by the amenities and comfort of the home.

Wow!

Stunning property on the Pacific Coast Highway within walking distance to Nobu. The home is spacious and beautifully decorated. A rooftop pool with a fire table was the perfect spot to view the ocean and have a glass of wine. This is a must for families and friends looking for the perfect spot in Malibu.

This property is special. The home is spectacular- the view, the windows that convert to indoor/outdoor living space . The property management was very responsive to any questions we had .

Fantastic in every way

We have 3 kids under 5 so a house on a holiday is important to us - we don’t get to leave it much! This house is everything in the pictures and more. The living space is exceptionally large and has the most amazing views. The location is second to none. The pool was fastastic - right overlooking the beach - amazing! We were very happy, would highly recommend and would definitely come back.

Amazing Stay at Malibu Sand!!!!

This house is truly amazing. Terrific views, amazing location, great in house technology and everything you need for your stay. It was myself my wife and three kids, 20, 17 and 15. Had a chef come in one night to cook us dinner in the amazing kitchen and enjoyed the night. We were only there four nights, wished it was more. Location is awesome, grocery store 6 minutes away, Zuma beach 15, Malibu Pier walking distance, Santa Monica Shopping and Pier 15-20 w no traffic and many great restaurants within 5-10 minutes. Garage parking off the PCH was sweet. Property manager Jackie was awesome and extremely attentive to any need we had. Check in and house tour when we arrived was great, she was there to meet us when we pulled up. Thank You, Great House!

The location was great, but very poor service. The air conditioner didn't work. We sent messages about it every day, and just kept getting "we will talk to the team" responses. It was never fixed and we stayed 6 nights with no AC. Everyone had issues trying to sleep with it being so hot. We requested a high chair and crib, since it was advertised as having both, it took 2 days for them to bring them. The propane on the fire pit outside ran out the first night and took 2 days to have replaced. The floors were very dirty when we arrived. I have a crawling baby, and his pants were covered in black stuff within 15 minutes of arriving. The place was too expensive not to get better service. We defintely would never book again here.

Guest comfort is extremely important to us, and concerns like the AC and amenities should always be addressed promptly. Regarding the floors, the home is oceanfront with a private elevated beach area just behind the property, and while the home is thoroughly cleaned before each arrival, sand can occasionally be tracked in when coming back from the beach. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can review what happened and continue improving our service

I was ok. The house is beautiful but not really all that listing states to be. The top deck and small pool was awesome and beautiful view BUT there is no beach down the stairs from the back of the house, we had to walk on street sidewalk to go to the beach, we had the impression that the beach would be right off the house but even in low tide the water come right up. Also with the tide being right there it was impossible to sleep in the room facing ocean. the roaring and crashing of the ocean was actually scary and with a awful bumpy mattress we did not have a good night sleep at all. We had major issues with the fridge, they did offer to send a maintenance person but who wants to deal with that while on vacation? The fridge locking mechanism was broken and seems that those have been broken for a while and it due to cabinetry. not sure why not fixed before.

Our property is located directly on the beach, though the shoreline is influenced by seasonal tides which may limit walkout access at times. Many guests enjoy the immersive sounds of the ocean, but we understand that can vary by individual. Regarding the refrigerator, we offered to send a technician, but we always respect our guests’ wishes when they prefer privacy. We have since inspected the unit and found it to be in working condition. We appreciate your comments and are always striving to improve the guest experience.
