A lovely place within walking distance of several restaurants and local parks. Well appointed and decorated nicely. A relaxing place to come back to at the end of a day of exploring. Check in and communication were excellent.

Super clean and we were not lacking for anything. Great for small family, and easy walk to park & dining. Great communication with hosts. Would stay again when in town to visit friends.

Great little nook in historic Tacoma. Our daughter just lives 4 houses down so perfect for our Christmas stay to visit ALL our kids/grandkids. Clean and well appointed local bing spaces.

A fabulous clean affordable well equipped and centrally located unit with modern convenient updates. Easy safe walks to several friendly neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops. A five minute walk to the Tacoma General Hospital campus. A wonderful informative and communicative friendly host. Highly recommend and definitely will return in the future.

This property was very clean and quiet. Walking distance to the hospital. The host answered all questions that I had and provided directions when I needed help finding a grocery store in the area. Very pleasant host. Would rent this again if I needed to. Thank you for your hospitality during this stressful time.

Well stocked getaway

Lovely, well appointed basement apartment with private entrance and off street parking. Larger than expected with bedroom, futon in the living room, and a seperate tv room. Foldaway cot in the closet was comfortable. Just around the corner from Frisko Freeze. Would stay again.

Modern 1 Bed/1 Bath in Tacoma - Excellent!

My husband and I have stayed in several VRBO rentals. This particular rental was fabulous! Very well appointed, immaculate and comfortable. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and then some! A fully equipped kitchen with coffee, shower toiletries and comfy beds. We could hear our upstairs neighbors but it didn’t bother us a bit. But, the hosts have provided earplugs for those who may be more sensitive. We visit Tacoma a couple of times a year and will definitely stay here again! Thank you for the lovely accommodations and for being so proactive and responsive. Definitely a 5 star stay from us!

We enjoyed the neighborhood. We really loved the local coffee shops. The unit was clean, updated, and very comfortable. The host quickly responded to all queries. Being an older building there is some room to room noise. We would definitely stay again.
