We had a great stay! Views were amazing and the home has everything you need. Beds were comfortable and spacious. Ron made sure we had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out process was easy. The area was quiet and peaceful, and the area felt safe and secure. I plan to book here in the future. Overall great stay!

Excellent comfortable spot in a great area

This is an amazing option for a place to stay in Tacoma. Great area close to so much, but on a quiet street. There's plenty of space and it had everything we needed. The host is very communicative and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Our family very much enjoyed our stay in Tacoma. The condo was very clean, and quiet. The view is esthetically therapeutic! Ron, the owner, communicated very promptly and left clear instructions. Would definitely consider booking again for future visits.

Great spot!

Awesome location and exactly like description. Quiet neighborhood so close to many great spots in north Tacoma. We stayed with my 8 and 10 year old and it was perfect. The home was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a 5 day stay.

Fantastic property at a great location.

My parents stayed here for a family this week. Venue was perfect, as it was minutes from our N. End residence, the waterfront, and downtown. Place was quiet, furniture comfortable and tastefully decorated. 10/10. Would stay again.

Great place and ideal location

Really nice property, ideally situated a short walking distance from downtown Tacoma, Proctor, and old Tacoma. Also a very short drive to Ruston or Point Defiance. Everything in the unit was clean and as advertised. Having two bedrooms and baths was great as our adult daughter stayed with us for part of the time we were visiting. We highly recommend this property!

Excellent Stay

The condo we rented was just as described in the listing. It was clean and well-stocked. The balcony has an excellent view of Puget Sound. The location is in a residential area and within in walking distance of restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Great view and very convenient location!

Stayed to visit family and attend my nephew’s graduation. The host was very accommodating and helpful during the booking process since we needed 2 units. Condos were both nice and had all the amenities we needed. The location was great! Quiet residential area but within walking or short driving distance to all the fun!!

Great location & views

Halfway between Old Town and the North End, this is an ideal location if you appreciate old homes, access to cool restaurants, medical facilities or the University of Puget Sound. Our family spent a long, graduation weekend, starting each day with coffee on the balcony. The neighborhood is an old, safe, established area, what we really liked.Communications with the owner was easy with quick responses, something to be appreciated when renting someone’s property. Would definitely stay here again!

A must book property!

This property was in an amazing area of Tacoma which allowed for many walking trips to local attractions. The property itself was amazing! We've stayed at many places all around the Country, but this was by far our most enjoyable place to stay! The property owner was great to work with and made sure we had what we needed. We are already planning when to come back and stay here again. A must book!!

Comfortable stay

The view of the sound is lovely and the neighborhood is quiet and residential. The balcony is shaded and a nice place to relax. There are a number of interesting homes nearby and the location is convenient to local restaurants and the expressway. The owner is very responsive.
