Prime West End, lumineux 3br / 3ba sur un seul condo avec piscine chauffée et spa

Fire Island rencontre Provincetown dans ce grand condo moderne baigné de lumière situé dans le quartier pratique de West End de Provincetown, entre Commercial et Bradford Streets. Ce condo de plus de 1700 pieds carrés est niché sur un terrain calme au milieu de jardins luxuriants, d'une grande piscine d'eau salée chauffée et d'un bain à remous *. Situé au rez-de-chaussée, ce condo surplombe la piscine par les baies vitrées du sol au plafond. Une grande terrasse avant privée avec table et chaises donne sur le jardin avant.

Ce condo comprend un grand salon, une tanière avec un bar avec évier, une machine à glaçons intégrée et une salle à manger avec table personnalisée et douze chaises pour des repas décontractés et formels. Il dispose d'une cuisine gastronomique avec des comptoirs en granit, des armoires en bois de cerisier et des appareils électroménagers haut de gamme en acier inoxydable, notamment un lave-vaisselle Bosch, un réfrigérateur côte à côte en acier inoxydable et un four à gaz commercial.

La suite principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une baignoire avec douche pour 2 personnes avec jets corporels et double lavabo. La deuxième chambre a une salle de bain privée complète. La troisième chambre a une autre salle de bain complète à côté du salon.


La retraite principale est complète avec lit king et coin salon. Une deuxième chambre complète avec un lit queen donne sur la piscine chauffée. La troisième chambre avec un lit queen a une baie vitrée donnant sur le jardin avant. Toutes les chambres sont climatisées. Wi-fi est fourni dans le condo.

Kensington Gardens a été transformé en neuf condos avec de beaux jardins, des terrasses ensoleillées, une grande piscine chauffée pour le complexe, un bain à remous, un porte-vélos ainsi qu'un parking privé.

Désolé, pas d'animaux. Condo Association les interdit.
* Piscine et spa ouverts du Memorial Day jusqu'à la fin septembre. Les adultes nagent uniquement entre 12h00 et 16h00 sauf la semaine familiale.

Steve’s place was perfect! The kitchen was stocked to the max. Two living rooms. Beautiful dining table overlooking the pool. Quiet neighborhood and the pool was salt water 83 degrees. Steve was the Super host - rapidly responsive, lovely man. We loved everything about this place!

This is a beautiful rental just far enough from Commercial street to be peaceful and close enough to walk everywhere. The pool area is beautiful, well appointed kitchen and Steve the property manager is very responsive.

Great Condo with Pool!

We loved the pool, hot tub and all of the space this condo provided. A quick walk to downtown you are in the heart of PTown. You could go with multiple families or just enjoy the big space to yourself which is a rarity in the area. Steve was super attentive and the neighbors in the complex were all wonderful and kind.

Fantastic and first rate in every way

We had another great week in Provincetown at this unit. The condo has every amenity that you could want and was perfect for a week's getaway with friends. The location can't be beat, either -- West End peace and quiet, yet steps from all the buzz of Commercial Street. Our host was thoughtful and super-responsive. We would happily stay here again and recommend it highly to anyone!

Exceeded expectations!

This place was perfect for the six of us and made for a lovely Pride weekend! The unit itself was very well-stocked -- the kitchen had all the utensils, pots / pans & dinnerware we needed to cook meals each night, and there was both a wine fridge and an ice machine. And the condo complex is very charming with several amenities -- having access to a grill and a pool + hot tub (especially on the chilly / rainy days) were luxuries a lot of other places we looked at didn't offer. Steven was also very responsive and answered any questions we had. Would absolutely stay here again!

This property is beautiful and the owner is excellent to work with. The other owners that live there on the other hand make it uncomfortable to use the pool and hot tub and were extremely rude when we accidentally parked in the wrong space. Rather than come talk with us they were very rude and rediculous. They knew we had an infant with us and were haughty and rude.

Absolutely Perfect

By far one of the best rentals available. The condo is gorgeous and exactly as pictured. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need including available spices/condiments. Pool and hot tub well kept. Friendly residents. Owner responded to inquiries and concerns timely and with great care. We had a full house, so a few more towels would have been nice considering we did not have access to on site laundry, fortunately we brought our own. Can’t wait to stay here again, will be our first choice accommodations for any future trips to Ptown!

Our Happy Place

We are never anything but satisfied and this year was no exception. The weather was amazing and we were lucky enough when it was too hot to hang by the pool to enjoy the new upgrade of the central air throughout the condo. I think we are going on more than 10 year and will be back next year. This has become our home away from home and is just absolutely perfect each year. Can’t say enough about Steve and the amazing job he does… this trip was so needed and appreciate this place more than he knows! Until next year!

Best. Condo. Ever!

We’ve been coming to ptown for 10+ years and this is definitely the nicest condo in ptown. The owner Steve is very easy and nice but our communication was barely needed since the condo was setup perfectly. So many kitchen items if you want to cook a big family meal, extra umbrellas if it rains, lots of pool/beach towels stocked — you couldn’t ask for anything else. We ended up connecting with the other condo owners who stay there throughout the summer and had the best time — one couple even joined us for our theme tea one night. 100% recommend Steve and his condo! We’ll def be back next summer.

A perfect week getaway

This unit is fantastic in every way, and it was the perfect place for us to have a vacation getaway with close friends. The full chef's kitchen, ice maker, and wine refrigerator make it especially nice when you want to stay in to cook. Some of us had to work remotely for part of the week, and there was plenty of room to spread out with good WiFi to do so. Steve is incredibly thoughtful and very responsive as well. We look forward to returning and recommend it highly. Thank you!

Amazing Week

We spend a lot of time in the unit which is like a second home as we have been coming here for long. It’s nice to wake up to a place where we can lounge around in the morning enjoying cocktails before hitting the pool and the rest of the day. Easy walking distance to everything and a POOL

It’s located on a quiet street but a quick walk to all the P-town shops and restaurants. It was also beautifully designed! The bedrooms are placed on three corners of the unit so even with 6 people noise wasn’t an issue at all. And that view over the (rare in a private rental) pool is killer. Steve was extremely responsive and lovely as a host.

The home was perfect! Walking distance to downtown, enjoyed having a pool, the home offered everything you'll need including beach chairs, towels, games. Kitchen offered everything you could ask for and three bathrooms was wonderful.

Nice 3br in a great location

Overall experience was nice but a few deficiencies noted: much needed Work station (recommend a desk in the BR) ; Better internet access (on multiple times , was disconnected); TV in 2nd BR not working ; woke up every morning to an aching back (lumpy mattress in Master BR) ; towel and linen access (one bathroom towel per person for 8 days is not acceptable) and Main TV was cumbersome to navigate and choice of channels provided were uninteresting ...too many shopping channels)

Amazing location, fantastic layout

For a three bedroom condo this could not be better laid out with all three bedrooms being located at opposite ends of the home ideal for privacy while also having an abundance of communal space ranging from two living rooms, a dining room and a huge beautiful kitchen. Not to mention having both a pool and a jacuzzi and being located perfectly between all the fun of the restaurants and bars and the serenity of the west end. We had the most wonderful time here and can’t wait to return. For whomever gets the luxurious and spacious master suite, you are in for a real treat!

Excellent Space/Location

We love this place! The space is amazing... Huge master bedroom en suite bathroom is size of a NYC apartment practically! The second largest bedroom is large too, with nice en suite bathroom and windows looking over pool. The third bedroom is a queen sized bed, and smaller, with 3rd bathroom a short distance. The living/dining area is huge with great bar area with wine fridge/ice maker etc... Dining table seats 12 (!).... the kitchen is amazing and great for making large meals, with almost everything you could want/need, as far as cookware, gadgets, dishes, utensils. Our only issue was with the cleanliness, which was not not what we expected for such a fab place. But that is not the owners fault and hopefully was a glitch. We very much look forward to staying again, as this apartment is to die for, and not to mention the great (salt water) pool and the hot tub! Oh, and the keyless entry pads (front and back door's)are an excellent touch that make coming and going so much nicer- not having to stress about bringing/remembering keys.
