The million dollar view people are looking for! This third floor stylistic, cozy beach condo has views worth living for! Located beach side above Jimmy's Hideaway in the heart of town, the condo has 2 bedrooms (King and Queen), 2 full baths, galley kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, 3 Smart TVs, cable, WiFi, and Sonos system for surround sound. The private patio overlooks Ptown harbor with sunrises that are spectacular...not to mention the colors of the sunsets! The condo also has direct access to the beach! There is NO PARKING at the condo. The Grace Hall parking lot up the hill is about a 5-7 minute walk and is the closest suggestion.

The property is great! Stunning beach views and sunsets. We stayed for a week and it was very comfortable for a group of four. Location is central to everything and we didn't have an issue with noise. The house is well stocked and cozy.

Incredible location, beautiful spot!

We absolutely loved our stay at Blue Yonder. The beds are so comfortable and the patio overlooking the water is so peaceful. Right in the mix and an awesome location. Chris was easily reachable for questions upon check in. Couldn't recommend more for a stay in PTown!

Beautiful

Apartment was immaculate, well decorated with wonderful art work. The kitchen had everything one would need. The location was in the middle of everything- a minute walk to shows, restaurants and shops. The only negative was the live music next door until 11:30 on two of the 7 nights we were there.

Loved Our Stay at Blue Yonder!We had such a great time at Blue Yonder in Provincetown. The place was super clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need — seriously, we didn’t want for a thing. It’s cozy but modern, and you can tell a lot of thought went into every detail.We visited during the shoulder season, which was perfect — the town was quiet, peaceful, and easy to enjoy without the crowds. Chris accommodated our request for an early check-in (thank you!), so we walked right off the ferry and into Blue Yonder. The location is awesome too: close to everything, but just far enough away to feel like a private getaway. We felt right at home the whole time and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a an amazing week here at Blue Yonder. It’s beautifully appointed, no detail left unattended. Really tastefully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The view of the harbor is spectacular and we really enjoyed hanging out on the deck in the sun or under the umbrella. It’s smack in the middle of town and everything is super accessible. Our host was extremely nice and super easy to deal with. We highly recommend this wonderful spot on Earth.

Amazing location

Beautiful views, comfortable furniture and nicely appointed. A little awkward at first to walk through restaurant patio to get to the stairs into the unit, but we got used to it. Steps away from Spiritus Pizza, for better or for worse, lol. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Girls Weekend Away

The property was perfect and absolutely gorgeous! Location was great as we were able to walk everywhere. We had the best time shopping and going out to the bars/restaurants. Everyone was SO friendly and welcoming. Hoping to come back again and am telling everyone I can to visit Ptown!

We had a great stay. The location & view are fantastic, once you get used to diners at surrounding restaurants with sight lines into the condo. Points for luxe bedding. Four stars, because I would have expected a dishwasher for this price point.

Thanks for the review Brian. The condo clearly states that there is no dishwasher, so if that is what you expected for the price point it seems maybe you should have looked for something else. We do appreciate the 4 stars I guess, given how obnoxious and rude you were as a guest, we expected a lot less.

Dream waterfront condo!

Our week at the Blue Yonder was a dream! The unit was appointed with local treasures and had everything we needed including a stunning view of the Provincetown Harbor and Long Point Light. The hosts are excellent communicators and detailed all the information we needed in advance. We will definitely be back!

Quiet Getaway

The location was excellent. It was walkable to all of commercial street and in a quieter area. The restaurant below (Jimmy's Hideaway) was excellent. Listening to the water from the terrace was soothing and relaxing. We did not like the stairs but we are older women and we managed. I would recommend this home if you want to be in the middle of everything and enjoy the quiet comforts of home.

Great property - would stay again!

A beautiful two-bedroom / two-bathroom property right in the heart of Provincetown but surprisingly very quiet as it faces the beach/ocean. A less than 10min walk to every restaurant, bar/club or venue we wanted to go to (less than 2mins to where the daily tea dance at the Boatslip). Air conditioning worked well in each room and easily adjustable. We were able to connect to the existing Sonos speaker no problem. Property owner quick to respond when we had questions. Would stay here again!

Cozy and Impeccable in PTown

We had a great New Year's Eve getaway at the Blue Yonder. The place is beautiful; spacious great room overlooking Provincetown harbor, comfortable beds in beautifully decorated spaces and a well appointed galley kitchen. It was quiet despite being over a restaurant on New Year's eve. (Probably not as quiet during the summer.) It was a great place to hang out during the rainier parts of our stay and absolutely gorgeous when the sun was out. We even got out onto the balcony for a bit to watch the sunrise - where I would hang out exclusively if the weather had been better. Stairs up to the apartment were a bit steep and somewhat slippery when wet. Communication was great and the instructions with photos made getting into the apartment easy. Thanks for sharing your amazing space!

Beautiful inside and out!

I made a last minute decision to take a trip to Provincetown for the weekend. There wasn’t much available as it’s off season, however the owners of the Blue Yonder were able to meet my needs. We walked in and my daughter was dumbstruck by the beauty of this space. She walked around commenting on each piece of unique decor and even began taking notes for her next bedroom makeover! The 2 bed/2 bath condo is quite spacious. It has a galley kitchen that is well stocked with essentials. The king sized bed was so comfortable that I literally melted into it. Not only is this space beautiful inside, it’s amazing outside too. There’s a deck that leads you to a breathtaking view of the harbor. I literally could’ve sat out there for hours watching the boats drift on the water as the clouds formed into different shapes. As the sun set, the sky was beautiful shades of blue, pink and purple. I was so enamored, I have already inquired about reserving for a week during the Summer. This visit to the Blue Yonder was just what I needed for a quick getaway. I would also recommend it as an off season rental. There are quite a few shops and restaurants open so you can enjoy this quaint area without all the hustle and bustle of the Summer vacationers.

Amazing Brand New Condo in Fantastic Location with Unbeatable View!

Loved, loved, LOVED everything about my stay at the Blue Yonder. Property is newly renovated so everything is brand new and beautifully decorated. All appliances brand new. Fantastic large balcony with a seating lounge area plus hi-top table and chairs with spectacular view of the harbor. Bedding on each bed was great for a fantastic night sleep. You're basically above Jimmy's Hideaway, if you know that area on Commercial Street. You can walk to EVERYWHERE from this location. No parking spot so keep that in mind, but if you stay here, you really won't need a car. And even though you're in middle of everything, it is absolutely quiet when you sleep at night. Unit is on top floor so you need to walk to top floor to access unit -- not an issue at all for us -- just mentioning in case anyone has severe mobility issues. Will definitely love to stay here again if property is available. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

Relaxing Oasis

We loved every second of our stay at Blue Yonder! It's immaculate, close to restaurants and shows, a very short walk to the parking lot to retrieve our vehicle to head to the beach each day, and breathtaking views of the harbor greeted us each morning with our coffee and in the evening again with a nightcap and dessert. We vacation in P-Town every summer and over the years we have stayed in hotels, houses, B and Bs, and apartments. Blue Yonder is by far our favorite and we can't wait to come stay here again! Well done Chris!

Spectacular Property

We enjoyed this property immensely. The view is amazing with beautiful sunsets and views of the harbor. The location couldn’t have been better. Very close to restaurants and shops. We are looking forward to staying at this property again in the future.
