Welcome to our “Luxury, Scottsdale Retreat!” This upscale, spacious 4 bedroom one-story home with 2 full bathrooms is perfect for families, couples, & large groups. Our location is central and convenient, with easy access to everything you need. Our home is located about 20-min to both downtown Scottsdale & Phoenix! Just 5 mins to TPC Golf Course & minutes away from tons of stores, shopping, & groceries. Whether you`re visiting for work or play, our home provides the perfect base for your trip.

Our beautiful, resort style backyard provides you with everything you need from our heated pool, jacuzzi, mini-golf, connect4, dining set, grill, & our comfortable outdoor seating with a TV, so you can watch all your favorite shows and enjoy a fun, relaxing stay!

Inside, you`ll find a luxury, spacious home with new furniture that`s designed for comfort and relaxation. Our home is laid out perfectly for up to 8 guests, with a total of 4 bedrooms that offers plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Our home is both friend, family, & workspace friendly.

Upon entering the home, you may enjoy a large cozy sectional couch and watch your favorite streaming services on our Smart TV.

The dining room comfortably seats 8 people. We also have a high top bar seating for an additional 3 seats. During the winter months please feel free to enjoy our wonderful wood burning fireplace. * Please note we do not provide the supplies to operate the fireplace.

Enjoy our fully equipped bar area to mix your favorite cocktails or make your morning coffee with our amazing Keurig. A mini fridge is also provided to make it easier to stock your drinks and have more space in the kitchen fridge.
The kitchen is set up with all your basic cooking essentials such as: pots & pans, toaster, rice cooker, baking sheets, etc.

The master bedroom features a beautifully decorated king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a deep soaking bathtub and a separate walk in shower. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet with plenty of space to organize your belongings. For your enjoyment and convenience there is also a Smart TV, a designated workspace area, your very own wood burning fireplace, and direct access to the backyard/ pool area.

Guest bedroom #2: Features a king size bed with a large closet with plenty of space for storage. This room also has a mounted SmartTV.

Guest bedroom #3: Features a queen size bed, and a wall to wall closet with plenty of hanging space.

Guest bedroom #4: Features a queen size bed, black out curtains, and a wall to wall closet with plenty of hanging space.

Guest bathroom #1: Features a shower/tub combo and a double sink vanity.

Parking: The Garage can comfortably fit up to 2 cars with an additional 2 spots in the driveway.

Laundry: This home is equipped with a full size washer and dryer.

Work Space: Our designated work space is located in the master bedroom. Please note that we do not assist with connecting your personal items to our monitors, mouse, or keyboard.

BBQ Grill and Outdoor Gas fireplace: We provide utensils for grilling. There may or may not be propane in the tanks. We do not provide refills but you may take the tanks in for an exchange as needed.

The Pool: The pool OR jacuzzi can be heated with at least 24 hour notice. There is a $50 per day heating cost.

The backyard is spacious with available covered seating and adorned patio lighting. Please enjoy our mini golf area and large Connect4 game piece. Additionally, there is a covered outdoor dining table accommodating up to 6 people.

The home is equipped with high speed internet and ceiling fans in every single room for your convenience. For your entertainment please enjoy our books and boardgames pro

For the little ones: We do have a pack n play & a high chair for feeding time.

Guest will not have access to a locked Hallway closet

Feel free to inquire about special events, photoshoots, or any specific accommodations you might need. If you plan to bring more than one pet, please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

House Rules:

2. Guests, Occupancy, Extra Guests, Overstays
Only the number of guests and pets listed on your reservation are allowed unless you receive written approval beforehand.
– Fee: $100 per undeclared/unauthorized guest per night.
You may not stay past your reserved dates. Overstays are subject to additional nightly charges and any costs caused by rescheduling cleaners or incoming guests.

3. Smoking, Vaping, Incense, Drugs
Smoking or burning anything is not allowed inside the home, in the yard, or anywhere on the property. This includes: cigarettes, cigars, vapes, e-cigs, weed, incense, sage, or any substance that produces smoke or vapor.
– Minimum $1,000 fee if smoking/vaping or related evidence is discovered
– You will also be charged for all extra cleaning, deodorizing, and remediation costs
Any evidence of illegal drugs found at the home is subject to fees of up to $1,000 and may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

4. Events, Parties, Noise
Events, parties, or large gatherings are only allowed with prior written approval, including loud music or DJs.
– If a party/event is discovered or if neighbors complain, there is a $1,000 fee and you may be asked to leave without refund.
Quiet hours are 10:00 pm – 8:00 am. Be especially mindful of noise outdoors at night.

5. Pets and Service Animals / ESAs
Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis and must be disclosed in advance. Maximum 5 pets per stay.
Pet fees (not in booking total):
– Under 7 days: $50 per pet
– 7–25 days: $100 per pet
– 25–30 days: $250 per pet
Fees are calculated per 30-day period; on day 31 the calculation resets (effectively $25/night per pet).

Unauthorized pets: $500 per pet, plus the standard pet fee.

Pets must stay off all furniture and cannot be left unattended unless kenneled. Dogs must be fully outdoor-trained, walked outside, and cleaned up after. Pee pads/potty pads are not allowed inside the property.

Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals must be declared at time of booking; documentation may be requested. If they are not disclosed in advance and any applicable extra pet cleaning fee is not settled before arrival, check-in may be delayed or the reservation canceled without refund.

6. Pool & Spa Use and Heating
– The pool and spa share one electric heater; only one (pool or spa) can be heated at a time.
– Pool or spa heat is $50 per day. For stays of 7+ nights, contact us for longer-term heating options.
– Frequent switching between pool and spa heat is not recommended and greatly reduces effectiveness.
– Request pool heat at least 72 hours before check-in and spa heat at least 48 hours before check-in.
– Do not tamper with pool equipment (pump, heater, vacuum, etc.). Any damage or service calls caused by tampering will be charged to you.
– During colder months, the pool/spa is NOT able to be heated - Please verify before you book.
– The pool is serviced every Monday morning; the technician may briefly enter the yard.
– Weather and storms can affect pool usability; no refunds are given for weather-related closures or limitations.
– Heating performance depends heavily on outdoor temperatures. We can turn the heater on when purchased, but specific water temperatures cannot be guaranteed and refunds will not be given if the water does not reach your preferred temperature.

7. Pool & Spa Safety and Behavior
– No glass in or around the pool or spa.
– No pets in the pool. Excessive pet hair may clog equipment and result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
– No lifeguard on duty; swimming is at your own risk.
– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the pool/spa.
– No diving, running, or rough play in the pool area.
– Quiet hours around the pool start at 10:00 pm; keep noise down out of respect for neighbors.

8. A/C Use
Do not set the thermostat below 70°F or above 78°F. Running the A/C outside this range (or with doors/windows left open) can cause the system to freeze and fail.
If the A/C freezes or is damaged due to misuse, you will be responsible for all associated service and repair costs.

9. Check-In, Check-Out, Early and Late
Standard check-in is 4:00 pm and standard check-out is 11:00 am.

Late check-out:
– Must be requested at least 24 hours before your checkout time.
– Fee is $50 per hour, subject to approval and availability.
– Unauthorized late check-outs or missed check-outs may incur an additional charge equal to the original cleaning fee on top of the hourly late fee, to cover last-minute rescheduling and rush cleaning.

Early check-in:
– Must be requested at booking or as early as possible.
– 3:00 pm early check-in is $50 if available.
– Earlier than 3:00 pm is $25 per hour and subject to availability.
If you arrive early without written approval, you may have to wait until standard check-in time.

10. Cleaning, Extra Mess, Pets & Fireplace
The home should be left in reasonably tidy condition (normal use).
– Any excessive mess, trash, stains, or damage beyond normal wear and tear will incur additional cleaning charges on top of the standard cleaning fee.
– Extra cleaning caused by the use of the fireplace or by pet hair/mess will be charged after checkout upon inspection.

11. Cleaning Issues & Damage Reporting
– Cleaning issues must be reported within 12 hours of check-in so they can be properly addressed.
– Any damages or other issues (maintenance problems, broken items, etc.) must be reported within 3 hours of check-in.

We reserve up to 24 hours after your report to send someone out to inspect or address the issue.
