-1st bedroom and bathroom (separate) located on the main floor, includes: queen bed, black out blinds, chest of drawers, desk and chair, ceiling fan and SMART tv.
- 2nd bedroom is on the second level with en suite bathroom, includes: queen bed, ceiling fan, chest of drawers and SMART tv.
-Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and amenities (tea kettle, coffee pot, microwave, Ninja blender, toaster + air fryer)
-Dining area for 4
-Fully furnished living room with SMART tv
-Washer/Dryer in unit
- Small fenced in courtyard
-Take a short 5 minute walk to grab a cup of coffee or a bite to eat.
