The spacious 620 sqft studio loft upstairs offers a luxurious full bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The cathedral ceiling, adorned with premium pine wood slats, creates a natural and inviting atmosphere. Set the mood with adjustable dimming lights and get ready for an incredible visual experience on the impressive 75" TV screen.

The well-designed kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and sleek concrete countertops, providing the perfect space for culinary adventures. Whether you're brewing a cup of coffee with the Keurig machine, heating up a quick meal in the microwave, or whipping up a delicious feast with the pots and pans provided, you'll have everything you need to satisfy your cravings.

On the lower level, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms separated by a wall that ensures privacy while allowing for proper air circulation. PLEASE NOTE: PRIVICY WALL BETWEEN THE DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOMS DOES NOT REACH THE CEILING, allowing air to flow freely from the centrally located Mini Split AC. One bedroom features a versatile turtle bed that easily converts into a queen bed, while the other offers a cozy queen-size bed. The living room/gameroom area is a haven for gamers and movie enthusiasts, equipped with a projector and the thrilling PS-5 console. Very nice VRBO. It had everything we needed. Clean, comfy beds, video games. Was close to the things we wanted to see. sweet Pete's Candy, Jacksonville Zoo and Catty Shack Ranch. We had a great holiday weekend. Would recommended a stay here. Great communication with host. Check in and check out was easy. A stay!

Amazing trip with my 3 young boys! They had so much fun with the games and amenities. The owner was extremely helpful and open to help however needed. Can’t wait to visit again!

The house was clean and exactly as pictured. The host sent instructions with pictures so we knew exactly how to enter the property. Didn’t have any issues during our stay. Check out was simple. We will most likely stay again next time we are in town.

We stayed for an event at the Prime F. Osborn Convention Center. It was very easy to get downtown. Walking distance or short drive to restaurant, coffee shop and icecream shop.

I am a mom who just lodged at the game room loft with my two girls ages 15 and 16. My 15 yr old is an avid gamer and loved it! She immediately jumped on the timeless Pac-Man! I only had to reach out to the owner once to adjust the temp as it was too cold for us. We never got a chance to walk to near by ice cream shop:( We were there for an athletic competition at the University of North FL which was a 20 min drive. It was nice for everyone to have their own private space. Especially with two teenage girls. We will def stay again!
