Property was super comfortable and great for my 2 yr old grandson!!! We didn’t use the firepit but it was so calming. This is a lovely cottage, much nicer on the inside than the outside. The proximity to the river makes fishing very convenient. The kitchen is very well stocked and the bedrooms comfortable.

This was a convenient place to stay. The grounds were well kept. The common space was cramped but the bedrooms were spacious. If anyone in your party has issues with stairs, this may not be the place for you. The stairs were steep and lacking handrails all the way up. Nothing to hold onto. It was a nice touch that the host left a bottle of champagne.

Terrific little cottage. When we first pulled up it was a little scary because we didn’t realize they were in the process of re-siding. Once we went inside all was perfect. Everything you could need, lovely, clean and stylish. Very well located. Stream is beautiful. Host was terrific.

This trip made an incredible memory in such a wonderful home! Four bedrooms (with cool color changing lights), a beautiful sound of a river in the backyard, spacious kitchen, and great fireplace! The location is in heart of Catskill allowing my party to have easy 30 minute drive to go snow tubing to Vila Roma and plentiful great upstate hikes and sights! Seeeing snow fall as ball dropped into the new year was wonderful and recommend this whether a trip with family or good friends!

Overall fabulous summer retreat cottage in the Catskills! The facts: I stayed with 7 friends, all college aged, mostly guys. There are 4 “main” beds with their own rooms (2 king and 2 queen), an inflatable mattress, and a child-sized bed. The 2 BRs, kitchen, and living room were comfy cozy, stocked with everything you need — seriously… no plate outage even with 8 guests.One hitch, though: the upstairs shower plumbing started to leak morning of day 2/5, so we unfortunately all had to share the downstairs. When I reported this, the host responded quickly & with kindness. No prob.The feelings: All 8 of us loved it! The property is nestled in a wooded area with a gorgeous river right behind it it’s in close driving range to a small town with an art space, pizza shop, game store, and groceries. Super convenient and beautiful location with plenty of wildlife. The only “con” is that most (NOT ALL!) outdoorsy attractions were a 45min-hr long drive away, but we didn’t mind it. I strongly recommend hiking Awosting falls/Minnewaska lake beach and kayaking Wawaka lake.Shout out to our marvelous host who left us sweet treats, made everything easy, and provided a clean, truly cozy cottage!!If you choose to stay here… you won’t regret it.

The cabin was extremely clean and comfortable. It was well stocked and inviting. It is obvious that the cabin is undergoing some updating and remodeling which did not interfere with our stay or our comfort at all. When finished it will be a very charming cabin. All the rooms were made up nicely when we arrived. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. The living room was super comfy with two couches and a dining area. Beautiful, Peaceful Getaway

The perfect peaceful, private getaway while still being only 10-15 minutes outside of two towns with plenty of restaurants and activities for those who like to get out and about. It was clean and very comfortable. Everything is extremely well stocked; games, movies, kitchen items, the owners really went above and beyond! A great place to beat the heat and take a break.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Don't let the front porch deceive you!! The interior is very well appointed and maintained. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch and listening to all the birds. This is by far, the best equipped place we've had the pleasure to stay in. Everything you ever needed (or forgot) was available! Alina is a warm, responsive host, who answered all the questions I had regarding check-in quickly. We weren't able to enjoy the property/fire pit because of the rainy weather, but we will the next time!
