Amazing experience with an excellent host! The property was exactly as described, and the photos accurately reflected the space. Everything was clean, quiet, relaxing, and incredibly peaceful. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a comfortable stay.Thank you for being such a wonderful and accommodating host. This was our second stay at this property and we will be back again.Beds were comfortable. House and grounds were clean and well kept. Perfect for my husband and I with our dog. Close to family, but very calm and relaxing when not visiting!

Beautiful area. The floor, in spots, sagged to the point I was nervous I would fall through. One of the bathrooms was not as clean as the other. I wish I could give a higher rating but these things are important to me.

This was our second stay here and we enjoyed it again! The cottage has everything you need and is cozy and inviting and warm even when the snow made a surprise appearance. The little stream behind the cottage is just idyllic and perfect for kids to explore.

Staying here was a wonderful experience. The home being clean to the comfort of the couches there is nothing else I could have asked for. The outdoor area was beautiful to be in and was loveley to walk around.

The property is very well situated as a base for Catskills adventures! It's clean and well-maintained. The grill worked like a charm and the firepit was great for relaxing and making smores. The EV charger was clutch - it charges at a steady 7 kW, so we were able to keep car topped up even after long mountain drives. We recommend this spot for anyone who needs a place from which to explore Catskills with their family.

This was our second stay here and again did not disappoint. We love this home, the house is clean and comfortable with everything you could need. The river out back with the fire pit is beautiful and every day we relaxed by the fire inside. Looking forward to the next time we stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The space was super clean, kitchen had lots of helpful things like oil and spices, and the outdoor spaces were a dream! There was tons of firewood for us to use for both the indoor and outdoor fire spaces too. The most peaceful little oasis. We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely property conveniently located to the main reason for our stay which was a concert at Bethel Center for the Arts. Host was very responsive and great to work with. Lovely outdoor area right on the water. Would visit again.

We stayed to do some fly fishing on the local rivers and this place accommodated our stay perfectly. Looking forward to booking it again in the future.

Wonderful stay

This little property is a true gem. It's very close to Livingston Manor, yet very quiet. The lawn leading to the creek is just beautiful with the fire pit and lounge chairs. Inside, the kitchen has everything you need, and board games and and the wood stove make for cozy evenings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

A tiny bit cold in the winter with just the heat pumps, but the wood burning stove was a really nice touch! Very clean and well maintained.

This is a nice, clean spot with a lovely setting. We had a lot of rain, unfortunately. We struggled with the coffee maker, but other than that everything was excellent.
