Available year round. This is in a peaceful location with newly completed luxury accommodations that can be your base from which you can enjoy and explore one of the most beautiful parts of the world. You will be minutes from world class mountain biking, fishing, hiking and in less than an hour you will be at the gondola in Mountain Village and a little more than a hour from Mesa Verde and the canyons of Utah.

While on the property enjoying the quiet or returning after a day of adventure you’ll enjoy the cozy comfort of this newly built tiny home. Enjoy streaming a movie while lounging on a comfortable sofa, dine at the eating eating counter while enjoying the view out the windows or use it to catch up on work. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with a 2 burner induction cooktop, built in convection/microwave and a refrigerator freezer. We’ve provided all cookware, dishes and glassware you’ll need. We love our coffee and share our blend with our guests.

Both beds are memory foam and the walls are insulated with rock wool which provides you with comfortable and absolutely quiet nights sleep.
