Freshly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath house. Don't miss out on this cozy hidden gem in the middle of it all! Close to attraction like Disney world, Tampa Bush gardens, Hard Rock casino, Golf, fishing and more. Or just sit and relax and enjoy the fresh air. Either way you won't be disappointed. The house has everything you will need for your getaway. Internet, TV streaming, fully stocked kitchen and more. Just bring your clothes and some time to enjoy. There are lot of restaurants near by and lot of shopping and bowling ect. Basically anything you need is within a short car ride away. So don't miss out and come and see us you won't be disappointed.

Nice clean place. Quiet neighborhood close to everything you need.

It was uneventful. Exactly as planned. We were in town visiting friends and it was nice to have a quiet place to land at the end of the day.

Great stay

I had to rent this house to evacuate with family due to hurricane Milton, and I must say it was a great experience! Chris was a great host and I totally recommend anyone to stay here when they need to. Great location and close to everything. Thanks again!

Nice location, easy to find, Quiet neighborhood Had some issues and Chris did his best to address them for us. He will take our feedback and make sure to improve on the items we discussed. Very proactive. A great value as well.

Visit our daughter at college

The house had everything we needed and the location was very convenient for shopping, gym restaurants as well as downtown Lakeland. Chris provided any assistance we may have needed in our 3 week stay extremely quickly. The home was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again

The accommodation was exactly as stated. Clean, convenient, and the house was well equipped with accessories. The owner was very responsive when I needed to ask a question. Nice to have everything on the same floor.

Very clean

We loved the house. The location was perfect. Took my 92 year old mother-in-law to visit her 90 year old brother on his birthday. We had 5 adults age range 69-92. The house was very clean and accommodated us quite well.

I don’t like to leave negative comments. That’s just not me. Friends and family have told me to do so as others may stay there and they have a right to know. So, here’s the good: It’s a super cute house. Really nice area. The owner was nice and quick to respond with most issues. We had an issue with the AC and it was fixed right away. It was just a loose wire. We had an issue with the internet and again, the owner responded right away. Ended up being an unplugged router. Easy fix. No biggie. The bad (I’ll only list a few): First day our kids found a dirty fork by a chair, dishes had mold on them and some utensils were dirty, the floors were dirty, one of our kids woke up with bug bites. My son killed a roach by the table and also found a pair of shoes under his bed. My other son found a sock. I cleaned the afternoon we arrived and washed all the bedding the following morning. Cleaning someone else’s house was the last thing I wanted to do on my vacation. I should have been reimbursed the 175 cleaning fee. I think the owner has too much trust in his housekeeper. This place had really good reviews and that’s why we wanted to stay and I would like to think this place could still be a decent place to stay in, IF there were a new housekeeper. I did reach out to the owner about those issues as well, but received no response.

Nice Place

We had an initial hiccup with communication but with that exception and the I’m calling it faulty air conditioning, this place is great. From my understanding and experience with the Florida humidity, the unit will freeze and temporarily become inoperative until it thaws out. To be fair, we did not know this and did set the temperature pretty low but the following day raised the temperature to 70 degrees and it still froze. Chris was very communicative and if the air conditioning is fixed, would stay at this location again.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I chose this neighborhood because it was nice and quiet but still close to everything.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The property is unique because we are in the middle of everything big to do in Florida. Disney and Bush Gardens are just a short drive in either direction. Also if you like to golf you can golf a different course everyday if you want in just a short car ride.
