Unit 109 at The Highlands of the Smokies is a brand-new luxury Smoky Mountain Vacation Condo Rental that is sure to be a hit with your friends and family. With top-of-the-line amenities and gorgeous views of Mount Le Conte & downtown Gatlinburg, you won’t want to leave! This gorgeous condo offers accommodations for up to 6 guests and is centrally located, just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg.

From the moment you enter this two-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury condo, you’ll be awestruck by the spectacular views of the Smokies coming in through the wall of windows. This condo features an open floor plan with comfortable sofas, a gas fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, with seating for 6 seats at the bar, a spacious kitchen, a private balcony (perfect for morning coffee or an evening wine down), and 9-10-foot-high ceilings.

Preparing a meal in this unit is as easy as 1-2-3. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more. Featuring a large granite countertop, modern lighting, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space, it’s perfect for creating a culinary experience for you and your family/friends to enjoy.

This single-level vacation rental boasts two king bedrooms each with its own en suite bathroom. Each bathroom features a custom tile shower, and double vanities and the master includes a soaking tub.

Sit out on the private balcony chairs and relax in the crisp mountain air before you start your day. The balcony is equipped with comfortable seating to enjoy the mountain views and the Ober Mountain tram making its way up and down the mountain.

The views were amazing, place was very spacious and clean. Very close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Would definitely come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cannot beat the view from your room...or the fire pit...or the pool...or the fitness room. And the inside is absolutely beautiful! My wife did not want to leave. Easy access to the park, as well as the less touristy side of gatlinburg. Be aware, there were bears present around the facility, so follow the directions of the staff. Do not leave food in your car. Someone had their truck bed cover wrecked by a bear while we were there. Regardless, would book here in a heartbeat if we visit again.

Exactly as described when we booked it.The strict part included times allowed to be outside in the common areas. There was a beautiful spot with firepits, but we could not use them past 10pm. had to go inside. same with the pool and hot tub.There was also a very nice inside lounge area that could not be used after 5pm when the office closed. The strict rules definitely too away something from our group. It all depends on what you are looking for I guess.
