Great value, Pool,Spa,Gameroom,BBQ

Welcome to Cuando Desert Getaway. This is a cute 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom home in the heart of Desert Hot Springs Spa area. One of the top spas located literally down the street. Between game room, outdoor games, BBQ island, outdoor shower, pool and spa, fire pit and beautiful inside, this home is just incredible value for a budget traveler or smaller group. It is also in a short proximity to Palm Springs about 15 mins (13 miles) & 35 mins (39 miles) to Joshua Tree.
POOL|SPA:
Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
Payment can be made via Airbnb or another form of payment.
**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.
***note that this property gets weekly pool service by Mario on Monday and Thursday.
GAMES/ENTERTAINMENT:
This home also features in the gameroom basketball, foosball, poker table cloth and chips, boatd games. Outdoors you will find giant connect 4, giant Jenga, ladder toss and cornhole.
BEDROOMS/BATHS:
The bedroom configurations are as follows:
Bedroom 1 / 1 King full bath ensuite (shower+vanity+toilet)
Bedroom 2 / 2 Qeens with full bath off the hallway (shower+vanity+toilet)
Queen Air Mattresses are available upon request, prior to check-in.
CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour notice in advance at minimum prior to your check in date. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance, and to please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items that would be payable directly to the vendor.

PARKING:
We have 2 parking spots in the driveway and 3 along the property on the street. Please do not block the sidewalk when parking in the large driveway as city has a right to issue a fine. If more cars are needed to accommodate than the specification above, please inquire prior as we would have to check with neighbors in advance or consider car pooling.
PETS:
We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit, per pet, is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet's stay.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.
City of Desert Hot Springs will allow music via cell phone+laptop startig first week of December. Please note, speakers are not allowed at any hours and after 10pm, quiet hours. Please note, we have a properties on large acreages outside of the city, where reasonably amplified music can be played and have a total of 90+ other properties in the area, that has different ordinances and will accommodate you accordingly. Please inquire.
FESTIVALS:
Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with 5-10% discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable.
CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.
