Great place. Had everything we needed. Close to beach, bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here. Need better mattresses for twin beds but otherwise great.

The owner met us when we first arrived. He was very friendly and told us to reach out if we needed anything. Great location to the beach, resturants, and shops. We were able to walk to the pier and shops each night. Lots of options for ice cream too. This is our nightly tradition when on vacation. The only negative is the kitchen was not stocked with as many basics as I am use to in VRBO houses. They had the bare minimum, but if you were going to cook much, you would need to be creative with what you have available to cook with. Also, make sure you bring your own shampoo. They provide a small hotel size bottle, but any extended time that is not enough. I misinterpreted the amenities and we did not pack enough for our trip. Again, this is something I take for granted from other places I have stayed.Overall this is an ideal place for a beach trip.

Nice condo

Great location for a Clearwater Beach vacation. Easy to book, easy to get in and out. Comfortable beds.

Great Location!

Great location only steps to beach and restaurants! Great space, but furniture needs to be updated. Coin operated washer and dryer is available but not in unit.

Okay but don't expect any service

The house is fine with some wear and tear you can expect. Location is excellent. Unfortunately we have tried to get in touch with rental agency about a few things but on the numbers left in the apartment nor via VRBO App we didn't get any respons to our questions. No washer/dryer, lights and fan went of and on even during the night without anybody touching remote and last day AC didn't work. Location is great but for the rest not what we expected.

Family Getaway

The Townhome on Clearwater Beach was a nice and convenient basecamp for a few days of spring training games, family time and relaxing on the beach. We especially enjoyed the short walk to Frenchy's Rockaway Grill!

Clearwater Beach

Nice condo in great location within easy walking distance to countless bars and restaurants as well as Clearwater Beach. It was nice to find a 4 bedroom condo in this price range and with this location. I would rent here again, but probably as a family or very close friends since it only has 2 showers.

Not what we paid for.

We were told one day prior to check in that they were moving our reservation to the unit next door and it was "bigger." This was advertised as 4/5 bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was only 4 bedrooms (one of the 4 had bunkbeds) and 2 1/2 baths. The rooms were very small except for the master. We had three couples so it was uncomfortable and not nicely furnished compared to the pictures of the unit we rented originally. I was not happy and embarrassed since I was the one that coordinated for our group. We paid for early check in however the unit was not ready. The early check in fee was reversed and the owner (very nice guy) was apologetic. He allowed us to leave our items so we could get to the concert on time.
