Our East Shore Beach Cottages invite you to experience luxurious boutique coastal cottage accommodations in a quaint renowned resort town known to us locals as Clearwater Beach!



The Space:

Welcome to East Shore Cottage No. 490, a renovated coastal retreat in Clearwater Beach’s tourist district! Enjoy a convenient location near the beach, local shops, restaurants, and pier.



This three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage accommodates up to eight guests, offering a comfortable setting for families and friends to enjoy time together.



Prepare meals in the kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and cooking essentials. The dining table seats five, while the raised bar provides three additional seats.



After a day in the sun, relax in the living room and watch TV, or head outside to enjoy the patio and BBQ grill.



Each bedroom features a queen-size bed, and a sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Both bathrooms include showers.



A laundry room located just off the patio makes it easy to keep up with laundry during your stay.



Clearwater Beach’s white sand is only a block away, so beach walks and days by the water are always close at hand.



One pet may be approved, with a non-refundable fee of $150 plus taxes.

Had a wonderful quick trip to Clearwater beach with a perfect stay. Close to the beach and all the restaurants. Perfect spot really…highly recommend staying here.Great for families with all amenities needed. Check out the bakery right around the corner!

We loved our stay. Very clean and well stoked. Location was private and in a great location with easy walks to the beach and restaurants. Surprisingly quiet for how close it is to that main road. We definitely intend to come back.

This cottage was perfect for our needs. Centrally located for walking to the beach, shopping and restaurants. There were a few things that needed fixed, but management was right on it and fixed them quickly. We would happily stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

The location was near the beach, but in a quieter neighborhood. The property was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Property manager was quick with responses to questions and reached out to check on us after we checked in.

Family and Friends Trip

House was as described in listing. We had 2 adults, 4 teens and had plenty of space. Great location was super convenient to beach, shops and restaurants. Even for a holiday week the beach area wasn’t super crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Spring Break Trip

I can't say enough good things about the property and the property manager. The house was absolutely fantastic and was just as described. It is in the perfect location. From the day before the trip and all the way through, communication from the property manager was outstanding. I highly recommend to anyone considering a stay in Clearwater Beach.

No problem getting in touch with them. Second day the doors battery died so we could not enter the property, made a call and fixed the issue immediately. Will definitely book again.
