Outdoor spaces: between 75 olive trees, 2.5 acres of planted cabernet grapes (it is a working farm), vegetable gardens, towering redwood groves throughout the property (unique in Napa Valley). A small playground for kids, a trampoline, a pickleball court which doubles as a basketball, dodgeball, and 4-square court. And paddleboards and lake activities are abundant on this luxurious property.
Guest access
The entire 7 acre property and all houses are accessible. There is a huge amount of land and spaces to explore. Kids will be in heaven. Garage and tool rooms for house manager are the only space not accessible.

Other things to note
Guest cruiser bikes are available. Pickleball equipment and other sports equipment (like basketballs for the court) are fully available.
