A few things to note about our property:
-Rental Agreement to be signed upon booking

-Quiet Hours: 9pm-7am. This is a county wide rule for all vacation rentals in Sonoma County. This is a peaceful neighborhood with full time neighbors and it is important the peacefulness is respected.
-No Weddings, Events or Parties allowed at any time. This is strictly enforced.
-No music is allowed outdoors at any time.
-Security cameras are located on the exterior front & back for your safety.
-The pool is heated during summer months May-October 1st. We can heat Oct-May for $200 per day

The "Ultimate Wine Country Experience"

We just returned from a stay at The Palmer Farmhouse and 'perfection' is the only word that fits! This home is a masterpiece of design—spacious, elegant, and perfectly blending modern luxury with that cozy Sonoma charm. We spent our mornings on the putting green and our afternoons lounging by the pool and spa. The pool house/game room was a huge hit with our group, providing the perfect space for everyone to spread out. Amber is a world-class host. From the moment we booked, she was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. Her local recommendations were spot on, and you can tell she truly cares about her guests' experience. If you’re looking for the ultimate Wine Country retreat, this is it. We’re already planning our return!

A lovely home

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay in late June at the Palmer Farmhouse, a great property - spacious, well furnished , great layout, and a wonderful pool too ! We slept well and enjoyed the spacious kitchen and dining table. We highly recommend this property.

My friends and I loved this property. We all traveled from different places and found this cozy home. Looks and feels as good as it does online. Very clean, a lot of space and fun things to do around the house. We didn’t use the pool. The host was very accommodating and had great communication. Definitely recommend, just don’t book it before we do next time we want to come

Beautiful, well-appointed farmhouse!

We had a wonderful stay at the Palmer farmhouse during our trip to Sonoma.The house was beautifully appointed and well-equipped. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Our group of 11 plus one furry guest had a fun and relaxing time. The farmhouse is located close to some of the best Sonoma wineries which was also a plus. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend the property!

Great spot!

Great location for easy access to wineries. The kitchen was fabulous - brought in a private chef one night - and the backyard and pool were a great setting to just hang out and catch up.

Great Location

We were there to celebrate our daughter's birthdays. The house was very clean and everyone had a great time. Plenty of space so that all our guests could be spread out. Great location, close to restaurants and shopping! Property manager also had a great list of reccomendations.

Beautiful House and Great Location

The house was absolutely perfect. Just 1.5 miles to Sonoma Square and located on a quiet street, it couldn't have been better. The pool was the perfect temperature and the kitchen was well stocked with all the things you need to have robust meals. The hosts are also super professional and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a group

Had a great time at the Palmer house. Well appointed, really comfortable beds. Best for couples or families since most beds are king sized, so it’s harder for friends/adults to share. Has everything you need to feed a crowd and was very comfortable, spacious, and beautiful. We had 8 adults fit very easily.

Wonderful stay and beautiful accommodations

My husband and I, along with three other couples, stayed at the Palmer Farmhouse for a long celebratory weekend getaway and it was everything we could have hoped for. The bedrooms with enough bathrooms for each couple to have their own was a huge plus. The living spaces were large and open, giving us plenty of room to relax and gather. Very comfortable, beautifully appointed, and fully stocked with all the amenities of home. Plus, the location was great for easy access to both the main Sonoma square and our winery tour days. I can’t wait to go again - hopefully for a girls trip!

Great stay, great location, easy communication!

Stayed at the Palmer house during Memorial Day weekend, our 2 families had a great time, there was ample space to hang out, the pool and hot tub was amazing! Location is very close to Sonoma town. Biked directly from house to Sonoma trail. Highly recommended.

Our journey into vacation rentals began in Sonoma, California, where we were married at the beautiful Cornerstone Gardens—a must-visit if you’re planning a stay in Sonoma! From the moment we stepped onto what is now The Acacia Farmhouse, we knew we’d found something special. Not only did we fall in love with the property, but we also made lifelong friends with neighbors in the community. That’s when the dream of sharing this magical place with guests began—and soon, we expanded into more homes throughout Sonoma Valley.

Our reach also extends to Kansas City, where Amber grew up. With family still there, it was important to have a home base to gather and share with loved ones—and now, with our guests! And of course, the sunflower in our logo is a nod to Amber’s sunflower obsession (now passed on to her daughter Hunter), the Kansas State Flower, and the sunny blooms scattered across Wine Country.
