Historic 18th Century Saltbox Farmhouse on Four Acres in heart of Manchester VT

The Oliver Rice House is a private estate tucked away right in beautiful downtown Manchester, Vermont. Stunning mountain views abound at this nearly four-acre property complete with pond and pool access, yet you can walk to all your favorite in-town locations.
