This one of a kind family home is located on 130 acre New Spring Farm, a self-sustainable working farm and retreat space, that’s rooted in a fundamental connection with nature and the sacred land that surrounds it.

Situated in one of the most serene settings you'll find in Vermont, our home is adjacent to the New Spring Farm Barn Sanctuary, where we offer occasional classes, workshops and retreats. In addition to what's being offered in our Barn, we are occasionally on site working on the farm, tending to our animals and crops. Mostly however, things are as quiet and peaceful as you'd expect to find on such an expansive private property.

Our home is well suited for families and is equipped for young children. Please note that we have a 6-person maximum occupancy. No exceptions can be made.

Our home features 3 inviting bedrooms, including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, a luxurious bathtub, a spacious dining area adjacent to a well-stocked kitchen, and a living room (please note that the woodstove is not available) with incredible views of rolling pastures and mountains. Guests can relax into the serenity of this gorgeous Vermont Farm Retreat space. The peaceful atmosphere of this incredible property is perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Nestled in the heart of the Green Mountains, New Spring Farm is on a quiet dead end dirt road that provides privacy, while still being only a mile from J.J. Hapgood general store and centrally located to multiple towns. A short drive to four ski areas - Stratton, Okemo, Bromley and Magic Mountain - Peru, VT is also conveniently located to a diverse spectrum of recreational enjoyment for every season. Most of the ski areas transform to adventure parks in the summer, including the infamous alpine slide at Bromley, mountain coaster and mountain biking at Okemo, and annual Wanderlust Yoga festival at Stratton.

Hapgood Pond is right around the corner, as well as Lowell lake for nearby swimming, canoeing, kayaking and paddleboarding. Nearby Manchester boasts Designer Outlets for shopping. The Vermont Country Store in Weston is a must stop universal attraction, the Golf Club at Equinox is one of many beautiful golf courses close by, and the Vermont Summer Festival Horse Show draws in equestrian lovers from far and wide.
