Our home comes fully equipped with all amenities that are needed for short and long term stays.

No A/C (like many Huntington Beach homes), but we’ve got you covered. There are two portable/mobile A/C units available for you to use anytime if you’d like a little extra cool-down during warmer days.

The kitchen is fully stocked! Pots, pans, lids, coffee maker, water boiler, microwave, spices, and more!

You will have the opportunity to stay in the entire house (not shared) which includes:

PARKING: Garage & Driveway parking ONLY. Street parking is only for permit holders so you will get a ticket if left overnight.

STREET SWEEPING: Every 1st & 3rd Friday (7:30am - 2:30pm) of the month - Please DO NOT park on street every Friday morning to avoid parking ticket. Guests are responsible for their own vehicles and ticket(s), if any.

STRICTLY ENFORCED: This is a friendly & quiet neighborhood, please be respectful of neighbors and do not disturb at any time. No loud music and parties allowed. No patio/outside gatherings allowed after 10PM. If surrounding neighbors report a complaint and/or call police for disturbance, guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside OR outside property at any time. Violation of this policy will result in $1,000 PENALTY and guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

Please observe our house rules. We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests!


•Unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. Turn off the stove, oven, and heater.

•No Smoking of ANY KIND ($1,000 Penalty) INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY

•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays

•Check-in time is 4pm - 11pm

•No Extra/ Overnight Guests ($100 per extra guest per night if this was not disclosed on initial booking)

•No Mail Delivered here

•No moving or rearranging of the furniture

•No unplugging of the electronics

•No Pre-Check in Bag Storage

•No Pets

•No disturbing neighbors

•No parking anywhere other than assigned spaces we show you

•No loud noise or music past 9:00pm

•10am is check out time.
