NOTE- There is 3 sets of steep wood stairs without gates, if you have toddlers or elderly parents, please pay close attention as this can be dangerous and maybe not an ideal property for you.

The spacious primary bedroom features a KING bed, 65` Smart TV, ensuite bath, and closet, along with charming peekaboo ocean views. A unique half-moon window brings in beautiful natural morning light (please note this window is not covered — light sleepers may want to bring an eye mask).

Bedroom 2
Queen bed with ensuite bath, 50` Smart TV, and dedicated work desk — perfect for remote work or catching up on emails.

Bedroom 3
Two Queen beds, 50` Smart TV, and private ensuite bath — ideal for families or additional guests.

AC/HEAT – Central Heat, NO AC.

The fully stocked kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals at home.

PARKING

We have 2 private parking spaces. 1 spot in the garage and a 1 tandem spot in front of the garage. Garage can park a medium sized vehicle, the sideways garage tandem spot can park any large size vehicle.

All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with Smart TVs and high-speed WiFi (complimentary).

Guests have access to the entire home. Bedroom 3 closet is locked off as well as 1 of the 2 primary bedroom closets.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check-in is after 4PM local time and check-out is 11AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request at no additional charge (if we can accommodate your request, we absolutely will!).

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
No. The home features keyless entry. You will receive a secure access code prior to arrival for a smooth, contactless check-in.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed after departure. Mid-week or mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.

DO YOU PROVIDE BEACH TOYS, CHAIRS, OR UMBRELLAS?
We provide beach towels. Guests should bring their own beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO THE VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping packages directly to the property, as multiple vendors and staff access the home and we cannot be responsible for delivered packages.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
No. Please bring your own Bluetooth-enabled devices.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
NO PETS
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

No Pets
Please respect our desire to maintain house and furniture by visiting without the presence of
pets anywhere on the property.

Quiet Hours
This is a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours on the whole property: Sunday-Thursday 9pm- 8am Friday & Saturday 10pm-8am

Report Any Damages/Stains
Please report any damages ASAP. Address small stains immediately. Cleaning supplies provided under kitchen sink & in laundry. Refrain from eating on furniture.

Please no shoes on the carpeted areas 2nd and 3rd floor.

No lit candles in the house.
