Welcome to The Bungalow!

This stunning property is one of a kind! Come enjoy the oversized saltwater resort pool bordered by native Date Palm trees. Featuring an oversized spa, double beach entry, and a waterslide! Relax in the cabana and soak in the views, roast marshmallows by the fire-pit, or grill and dine outdoors. 3 miles to the empire polo fields!

There are 5 bedrooms in the main home and a 6th bedroom in a separate casita. Each bedroom features a comfortable King sized bed, and smart TV with YouTube Tv available for streaming. Two of the main house bedrooms and the casita bedroom have en-suit bathrooms.

The home is fully stocked to make sure your stay is comfortable and convenient. We provide all bath and pool towels needed for your stay.

The Kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook all meals. We have a Keurig Duo coffee machine and leave coffee pods to get your group started.

Step outdoor to an oversized saltwater pool with a double beach entry. Enjoy the custom built waterslide or relax in the spa. The home comes with a grill kitchen-island and an outdoor dining area.

Getting around: There are 2 parking spots in the garage and 2 in the driveway,. The garage has a Tesla charger and adapter available for use.

Please note that this property is located in the desert. We have a professional pest control service that services the home regularly. However, the open setting of the home may allow desert critters or flying bugs to be present at the property and in the pool. Please understand that this is the nature of the region, and out of our control. If you encounter any of our desert dwellers during your stay, please reach out and we will try our best to remedy the situation.

While our home is cleaned regularly before and after each guest, this desert region is know for natural dust storms and strong winds from time to time. These winds may carry sand that may collect in the yard, and pool overnight.

-Pool heating is $75/day. Spa heating is included for free. At winter, heating the pool takes ~10 hours. If you would like the pool heated, please let us know ahead of your arrival.
-Pets are allowed and must be approved by host. There is an addition $150 pet fee.
