The house is very nice and large. The interior of the house was clean except for some grasshopper (?) droppings in the master closet. The outdoor patio furniture was not clean. The universal remote , which controls most electronics in the house including the main tv , did not work. The prop manger sent his tech guys the next day . They could not fix the remote but showed us how to manually control the tv. Due to these problems, prop manager was nice enough to push back check-out time from 11 to 12.

Our favorite!

This is our third time and we still love this home! “Uncle Bill” has been so easy to work with and responsive to any feedback. The home is beautiful, the pool overlooking the golf course is lovely, the grill was great, lit for easy cooking at night. Lots of rooms with space for all of us. Great kitchen, oven, huge round table for all of us. Our family loves this home and we look forward to coming back!

Mother's Day / Birthday

Amazing time at an amazing house, was tough to leave. Had 3 generations celebrating 3 Mother's Days and my wife's birthday. Spent most of our time by the pool, floating and watching the golfers. Very comfortable and well-appointed, we look forward to coming back!!

Wonderful outdoor area and location

Our group of 12 had a really nice stay. The home is big, clean, and has all of the needed amenities. The outdoor area is the highlight - great pool, hot tub, and grill area overlooking the golf course. Really nice to relax out there. The location is excellent and the community is super nice.A couple small issues that would make the house even better if remedied:The grill light was broken which made it hard to grill dinner, but that should be easy to fix. Bill is a good host and was able to accommodate an early check-in for a sick member of our group. Though, the check-in process itself could be a little smoother, as you have to call Bill separately for the code upon arrival, rather than just getting it in the app with the rest of the check-in instructions.There are 5 bedrooms, but most only have one bed. If one bedroom had bunk beds, that would provide some options for adults or kids who don't want to share.Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend for a large group of friends or family.

La Quinta couples weekend

We were four couples traveling down from Canada to escape the cold weather. We Had a great stay at la Quinta residence . was a little nervous about some of the strict noise regulations but all the neighbors are fantastic and itl was a great experience we had a great property. House was very well equipped as well as lots of spices and the little things you forget when you're at the grocery store!

Great Multi-generational Weekend

This home is spacious, well-appointed, and located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Old Town La Quinta. The owner was great about communicating before, during and after our stay. The layout of the house accommodated both adult guests as well as having two close together rooms that made one couple and two small children have a “wing” to themselves. The “bonus” room can be used as an extra bedroom but know that it’s a pullout couch. The Casita was great for one couple as it also had its own bathroom. In all, a great choice for our clan gathering.

Monument Birthday Celebration!

The property was as advertised, large, spacious and a terrific gathering place for a group of family members and close friends. The scale of the home was great with an open floor plan perfect for socializing. The mountain views were gorgeous, as was the pool and yard set-up. The property manager was extremely assessible and helpful throughout the week stay.

Beautiful property with stunning backyard on PGA West course

We had a wonderful stay at Bill’s property. There was a ton of space and plenty of bedrooms to accommodate a large group (more than we needed but it was nice to spread out!) The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/appliances/silverware if you want to enjoy a dinner in. Everything was very clean and well-kept. The backyard was the highlight, as it’s right on the golf course with beautiful views of the mountains and a good sized pool with a ton of seating, lounge chairs and multiple fire pits. Highly recommend for a relaxing retreat in the desert!

We love this property! We went back for our second visit and it was even better. The property manager was very responsive when needed; the view is beautiful; the great room is perfect to lounge in; we love the huge round dining table. So many great things!

Very nice with fantastic views, more than enough for eight adults. Enjoyed all of backyard, the layout is fantastic for everyone.The tables situated under cover for protection from the desert sun and bbq grill was excellent.

Best stay!

We have such a great time at this beautiful home! Everything was well maintained and even better in person than the pictures! The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the kids had a great time in the pool and at the fire pit at night. Bill was very helpful and responsive. Our family had the best spring break here!

The home was perfect! The location was perfect! The setting was perfect! The golf, restaurants, and weather was perfect! Bill, our host, accommodated us in every way! I can’t imagine anything about our stay in this beautiful home being any better! My three brothers and I do a golf trip every year to different venues. We were so impressed with our stay at this desert oasis that we are seriously thinking about breaking away from our routine and coming back to La Quinta! If we do so, we will ask Bill to open his beautiful home to us again. You can see by my use of the word “perfect”, that we could not imagine things being any better. The photos, and Bill’s description of his property pale in comparison to actually being there. I gave the property a “5 of 5”, I would give it a “10 of 10” if the rating allowed. Again, PERFECT!!!
