This awesome newly renovated unit is a 2nd floor and 3rd floor condo with 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, part of small homeowners association. Quartz counters, new cabinets, and stainless steel appliances welcome you into open concept kitchen, dining room, living room. You will not be disappointed in this one.

Sadly, we were moved to a seemingly lesser quality and older unit than planned due to water heater issues. Unit we stayed in had an uncomfortable couch, poorly draining tub and hence also dirty tub and kitchen sink handle broken making it difficult to find hot or cold water. Host communication was good. Location was good and was nice having parking in driveway. General remaining aspects of the unit was fine.

What a wonderful spot with plenty of room and super clean and tidy! A great spot to walk to any of the great spots around the short north/victorian village. Would recommend and will stay again!

This was a business trip to Columbus and this condo is such a great spot. The location is very walkable to all sorts of great restaurants and bars. It is also a short uber ride to everything Columbus has to offer. The condo itself was perfect for the three of us but could easily accommodate more. It was modern, clean and the host was extremely helpful and responsive, 5 stars all the way.

Great Condo

No problem with the condo. Smooth check-in process. The only issue is that the VRBO map location was not accurate. It was further away from the convention center than anticipated.

Concert Trip

My daughter and I stayed one night in Columbus after attending a concert. The apartment was spacious and appeared to be newly remodeled. Great location!

Great Weekend

Eric was wonderful. I’m not tech savvy and have only used Vrbo one other time. He was very patient and understanding. The property met and exceeded our expectations. Had a teeny hiccup upon check-in that was resolved within minutes. We definitely recommend this property and Eric.

Great place!

My family had a previous vrbo booked that was canceled last minute day before and these hosts made it happen! I was very grateful for them being able to accommodate us on the fly. The place itself is clean and very nice and spacious. Updated with a nice design and outfitted with all the amenities you could want even Netflix on the tv. Check in experience was a little strange, lots of vetting and questions. Owners will ask for ID verification from all guests and reasons for your stay which is a little odd to me but in the end all turned out fine and it was a good place to stay. Would recommend to anyone.

Friends Trip

Had a really great weekend
 Rental is In a great location close to to High Street.. We were able to walk everywhere. Beds were super comfortable as well for a good nights sleep so we could do it all over again.

Crew game/OSU

We enjoyed our stay and would book again. Very short walk to lots of restaurants. We walked to the Crew game which was about a 25 minute walk but still reasonable. Great having 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Parking on the street right around the corner. We stayed one night then drove to OSU to see some of the campus before heading home.

Excellent stay for a volleyball tournament

Two moms and two daughters for a two night stay. Loved the place, the location, and the cleanliness. Was a perfect one mile walk to the convention center. Eric was great to work with and the place had everything that was described. Would def stay again!!!

Great location, comfortable stay

We spent a long weekend here with my elderly parent for a family event. The condo is comfortable and very conveniently located to a market, the Short North, airport, and freeways. Good communication with the host!
