Experience the ultimate getaway at this 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom rental near Grove. Your group will have plenty of space to spread out and unwind in our two large living rooms with sectionals and cozy fireplaces. Begin your day with coffee on the deck with beautiful views of Grand Lake. End your evening with a soak in the hot tub overlooking the lake, playing pool or by watching a movie in the theatre room. If you would like to experience Grand Lake from another point of view, you are welcome to bring your boat. This home offers a single boat dock for use. The city of Grove is a short, five-minute drive with lots of restaurants and shopping.

Perfect for a Family Lake Vacation!

The home and grounds are beautiful! The cove is quiet, the boat dock is convenient for boating and swimming and the evening visits by the deer was a bonus!Home has everything you need for a stay and that theater room was a huge hit for all ages! Would definitely go back again!

Great for family members of all ages and diverse interests…walking, kayaking, boating, fishing, relaxing on deck, cooking together inside and outside. And of course the amazing theater!

Wonderful home for large gathering

We chose this home for our family Christmas celebration, and it was perfect! There was plenty of space for everyone, and the house was impeccably clean and exceptionally well-stocked—one of the best we've experienced. The theater room was a highlight, making our holiday movie nights extra special. Plus, the location couldn’t have been better. Highly recommended for family gatherings!

The property is a beautiful place set in such a nice and quiet neighborhood. The property manager answered any and every question through text in such a timely manner. There was a detailed binder with FAQ’s and things to do around the area along with local stores and distances. The property is very well managed and if ever in Grove/Grand Lake again, we can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Family Gathering Spot

Property was well maintained and stocked with everything from paper goods, cleaning items and linens. The Property Manager, Helen, was informative and quick to respond to any question or need. She even went over and above leaving fresh flowers, as she knew my family was there to have a family memorial for our brother. There was plenty of room for our large family and the peaceful setting was the perfect place to say our last good-byes. ~Thank you for making our stay stress free.
