This house is perfectly located on Chesapeake Bay side of greater Virginia Beach, in the community affectionately known as "East Ocean View" by the locals.



The Space:

Come stay at Sea Song Bungalow this summer for a beach vacation in Virginia. A spacious 2232 sq. ft. of delightful spaces is suitable for friends and family gatherings. Sea Song Bungalow is a two story singe family house with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. One bedroom is on the first floor, 4 bedrooms are on the second floor. Please refer to the description for each bedrooms below. Formal dining room with a large dinner table can serve up to 10 guests. Perfect space for family and friends gatherings or holiday dinners. Enjoy well stocked kitchen for cooking, free Wi-Fi, Washer and dryer are available on site.



Driftwood bedroom:

The only bedroom on the first floor. Guests in this bedroom are accessible to two bathrooms, one downstairs and the other one on the second floor.



White Water bedroom :

Bedrooms on the second floor. Guests in this bedroom are accessible to two bathrooms, one downstairs and the other one on the second floor.



Crest bedroom:

Bedrooms on the second floor. Guests in this bedroom are accessible to two bathrooms, one downstairs and the other one on the second floor.



Reef Break bedroom:

A bigger upstairs bedroom with two queen size beds. Guests in this bedroom are accessible to two bathrooms, one downstairs and the other one on the second floor.



Marine Layer bedroom: A master bedroom with a king size bed. This room comes with a full bathroom with two sinks and a deep oval shape tub, a private balcony off the bedroom.



Parkings are allowed house's one car garage and 2 car driveway. Parking on 17th Bay St. is strictly prohibited. Police will be called by neighbors and the driver of the vehicle will be issued a parking ticket. If you are arriving with more than 3 cars, please park vehicles on 18th Bay St. where you do not see "NO Parking" signs near by. Please do not take short cut through neighbor's private "Alley" between 17th Bay & 18th Bay Street. Walk out to E. Ocean View Blvd. to go & back from your parked vehicle(s).



Please note that neither Sojourn nor the property owner shall be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. Any use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner or driver. Neither Sojourn nor the owner guarantee the safety or security of any vehicle parked in the parking space and disclaims any responsibility for any acts of theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity.



Please Read - Landscaping is schedule for Monday - Wednesday in Norfolk. If you are booked for this property you acknowledge our landscaper will enter the backyard to cut the grass. Trash is scheduled to be picked up 3 days a week, you also acknowledge that our private trash provider will be on site bringing cans out and back in.

Our home has a contactless, seamless and easy self check- in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. At Sojourn we take your happiness and comfort seriously. The Neighborhood:

Experience East Ocean View from this thoughtfully designed, stylish home. Life in East Ocean View revolves around the Chesapeake Bay and from this home you are just steps to public beach access of the Chesapeake Bay. One of the greatest pleasures of living on the bay is simply strolling along the beach, enjoying the sand between your toes and the salty air.  The bay’s warm waters and gentle waves create an ideal playground for children and make swimming both pleasurable and safe. After a relaxing day at the beach, unwind in this gorgeous back yard, complete with a sectional sofa and fire pit.

Cars, bikes of golf carts are needed!

Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.



Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.



Parking Information

Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. Pet Policy

Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
