FantaSea on 30A is a little bit of heaven! The terrace sea view, the natural light pouring in from many vantage points all contribute to a beautiful home away from home. Excellent location for dining and beach/pool fun. And even though Gulf Place is a busy, happening location, this corner unit is very quiet and comfortably distant from the activity.We will look forward to visiting again!

Fanta Sea on 30A was one of those absolutely delightful surprises! The property was just as advertised with well-thought decor….and it was clean! The location for us was perfect. Close to restaurants and the beach. We’ll definitely return.

Wonderful stay

We have stayed at Gulf Place for many years but this is by far the best unit that we have ever stayed. Everything was perfect and we look forward to going back.

The property was just as listed. Other than the elevator, washer and dryer, and parking problems . It was a wonderful stay.

Apologies again, but since the washer & dryer are not located in the unit, we have no control of usage. Normally, we have not had an issue! Perfect for two!

Great location! We parked our car when we arrived and didn't get back in it until we left. Easy walk to the beach. Restaurants nearby. Such a nice, comfortable condo with everything we needed. Just right for our first 'empty nest' trip to the beach.

A perfect week

My wife and I had a relaxing week in the cozy Fanta Sea on 30A. Great location to relax on the deck with a great view of the Gulf and an easy walk to shops and great restaurants. Already signed up for two weeks next year.

Quick Getaway

My husband and I booked a quick getaway, and this condo was perfect!! Wonderful communication and easy check in and condo access. Amazing location right across from the beach, and close to several restaurant choices. Property was just as described, beautiful, super clean, and with a very comfortable bed! Loved every minute of my time at 30A!!
