Le maître dispose d'une douche de plain-pied et la salle de bains a une pleine douche / baignoire. Unité 1044 dispose de 3 télévisions à écran plat, 2 Blue-ray lecteurs DVD & Play Station 2. Il y a carrelage dans la cuisine, salle à manger et un salon entièrement équipée avec de la moquette dans les chambres. Un lave-linge et sèche-linge a été ajouté pour la commodité des clients. Perfection

This property is exactly what we needed. Perfect location and the condo was spotless. My favorite spot was on the deck overlooking the beautiful clear Gulf of Mexico!! Book this property you won’t be disappointed.

And, all the mattresses too. We were sinking while sleeping. The kitchen was well equipped. We love to cook and was pleased with all it had.

Reviewer Comments: First of all I’d like to thank Sharon and Ashley at Shoreline Towers Office , for being so helpful , and pleasant , before and during our stay Jan. and Feb. 2023. It must be very stressful for them during construction of the buildings . We were moved to Unit 1044 because of construction issues and were very happy, as the Unit was totally updated, very clean . Before we booked our stay , we were made well aware of not being able to use the balcony , and noise issues . Because Unit 1044 was so nice , we enjoyed being there . We could go out and enjoy the beach , restaurants and shopping . Looking forward to our stay Jan. / Feb. 2024 . But still hoping our balcony will be ready for us too . Again , thanking Sharon and Ashley for being so professional.

Reviewer Comments: Pros: easy/close access to the beachNicely decorated/renovatedCons: guest bath was plugged up so the water would reach past your ankles, so we all ended up having to share 1 shower.The TVs in both bedrooms didn’t work, showed squiggly lines when turned on. I would suggest buying new mattresses instead of putting an extra pillow top, it makes for a very soft bed and hard to move around in. Also, ALOT of construction going on, so you will hear loud noises and there are a lot of men working on the buildings.I emailed maintenance but never heard anything. I didn’t get a call about the tvs until after we had already left. I would make sure before booking that these issues have been fixed.

The view is perfect. The only issue we had was the blinds/curtains in the master were damaged and very hard to maneuver. The couch may need to be replaced soon as it seemed a bit dirty but otherwise the condo was perfect!

Misinterpretation

Our paper work we signed was for unit 1044 with beach chair rental included for our time in March. It was clear there was construction, which wasn’t that bad. When we got to the property, assigned to 2075. The unit’s main bedroom had an inoperable smoke alarm. Hot water heater was not sized adequate to fill tub. Sheets for master bed were for a king, even though it was a cal king. When we got to beach chair timeframe got a call saying the owner hadn’t paid. Had to call the next week and finally got a few days to use. Generally the unit was ok. Guest bathroom toilet handle broke with 2 weeks left. Had to put toilet lid under sink so we could flush and was never fixed prior to us leaving. Floors were hard to keep clean based on their design. Location of unit was in centrally located area, nice restaurants around.

After I went to the office to complain about the concrete flying through the air, the person in the office said you should of got a email let me check. Then she replied Oh you did not get one. We will give you a 15% discount. Makes me wonder if I had not went up there they would not of given us one. Also, the carpet in our condo was stained in the bedroom. The condo was clean the blinds also have stains. The beach set up was nice and the area is nice.

We don't know if we will come back to shoreline but we will be back to destin.
