Located on the 3rd floor, this beautiful condo features a king size bed in the master and two queen beds in the guest room, sleeping 6 guests comfortably. Guests will enjoy a spacious living and dining room, and the resort amenities will make your stay unforgettable. Stay at Shoreline Towers 1035 for your next beach vacation.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Great accommodations and location to the beach which is where I wanted to be the entire time of our stay. Close to great local restaurants also. Advertised that you can't have your own chairs to the beach, but you can take your own or rent.

BEST property and location!!

The BEST! No complaints here at all. Property was clean and nice. Nothing was broken or unclean. A/C worked great! Kept us cool at 70 degrees! All the cooking gear you need to make meals. The WiFi was also amazing! Also unit has cable channels! The beds were comfy! The washer and dryer came in good use. And you are just steps from the beach!

This condo was in a perfect location right next to the beach. I came to celebrate my birthday and truly enjoyed having the beach "in the backyard". The beds were very comfy, the rocking chairs were very relaxing, and the style of the condo is just like the pictures. My only complaint would be the guest bathroom had an extra roll of toilet paper but the other one didn’t. No baggie. I just went to the dollar tree to get another roll. I would stay here again if I'm in the area & management responded back fast when I had a question. 5 stars. Thumbs up.

I would have given this property 5 stars if it wasn't for the upstairs noisy neighbors. You could hear EVERYTHING through the ceiling. In the master bedroom, you could hear them opening the door to their balcony upstairs. My partner who slept in the spare room did not get much sleep due to the constant noise at night and the early morning and neither did I. We did not see our next door neighbors so I assume those units were unoccupied, but there is enough reason to assume the side walls are thin. The condo definitely has some imperfections but still decent. It is right on the beach which is a plus.

We had a great time at this condo. It was newly redone and beautiful. We had some issues but they were resolved quickly. There is a lot of construction; however, we hardly noticed once we got on the beach.

Well loved

Humidifier in room that we emptied once a day full to the top with water each time. Property was well loved. Broken outdoor table and tile near front door. Overall no serious problems. Loved how close it was to the beach.

Destin Getaway

This condo is beautifully decorated with a beach theme. Everything worked as it should. The bed in the master was comfy and with a nice view. (That’s the only bed we slept in). This was a great place to stay for our quick getaway. The only things I did not like was the balcony was very dirty (had not been cleaned, swept or wiped down in a while) and the couch held a musky smell. That’s the only issue we found.

Great Experience

Great experience from the time we were given the information by email to the time we arrived at the location. All my questions were answered by calling one phone number, they were more than helpful. Check in and check out was very smooth. I even arrived about 2 hours early and they had everything clean and ready for me to start my vacation. After my vacation I accidently left a personal item at the location and they called me, and helped me organize a way to get it shipped out back to my house. Great customer service. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m looking in the area!

Great location and condo layout

We stayed in September and loved the condo! I saw some earlier reviews from the summer about cleanliness and was initially worried. It was clean and organized when we arrived but did have the usual wear and tear you'd expect for a vacation condo. Nothing you wouldn't have in your house! The location was perfect and we were able to walk to the beach every morning to get our beach chair service set up and relax. We also were able to walk to some restaurants and a coffee shop which made it convenient. We didn't communicate with the property managers during our stay - we didn't need to. Check in was easy from our phones and security was really nice. I would recommend this place to friends if they were traveling here again.

No pool in July

We were relocated from our original reservation due to work on the balcony. We ended up at the Palms. Real Joy acted as if they had just became aware the pool was out of service but we found out from other tenants - the pool was out for months. July in Florida with kids & no pool but paid for a pool. Won’t use Real Joy Rentals ever again.

Structure issues

The condo itself is beautifully done, the main issue my husband and I noticed upon arrival is multiple balconies look like they are caving/dipping in. Once getting into the condo and walking around, you can feel how the unit dips in multiple areas, your can see in the living room and master bedroom, where cracks in the ceiling were patched due to the ceiling cracking since unit has been redone. As for the cleaning service, they could be much better at actually cleaning, especially for the amount they charge you. You could see giant clumps of dust in the vents and ceiling fans. Again the unit itself and location is wonderful but the actual building seems to need major work done.

All walkways will be affected September 27 through January 14, 2022. Tower 1 will have balconies closed in a phase system January through July 2022. Do not waste your money

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had on vacation. We arrived to an unclean condo. There were huge balls of hair stuck to the shower walls, hair on the towels and linens, and pillow cases. We had to go buy our own towels and sheets. There was hair in the bathroom drawers as well. Terrible smell as soon as we walked in. We arrived on a Saturday evening and tried to get ahold of management or property owner and we were ignored, and went almost 3 days before we could get anyone to come clean. The communication was very poor. We were told one thing from one person, and then something different from another person. Customer service was poor as well. The balcony door did not lock. The dishwasher leaks. The beds are terribly uncomfortable. The water in the sink in the kitchen does not get warm. There was funk and mold all in the washing machine. All around bad, bad experience. When I was booking, I read a ton of reviews that were all great for this condo and for some reason I cannot find any of those reviews anymore. Seems odd. I am not one to complain but when you spend the amount of money we did on a condo, these things are unacceptable. We were given a $100 gift card to “compensate” for the inconveniences. That’s all. Never again will we stay here.

Emily, please accept our sincerest apology for any discomfort or frustration that you experienced during your stay. We see that on the 25th, we were made aware of the dirty shower and linens. The next day, cleaners were tasked to come out and reclean the bathrooms and you would be reimbursed for the linens purchased and for the cleanliness of the unit's bathroom. We were told on the 30th that the dishwasher was leaking but no one needed to come out until after you departed. We would have been more than happy to address any issues that were brought to our attention during your stay. This two-bed, two-bath Shoreline Towers condo has recently been remodeled. Worst Vacation I have ever experienced

This unit is HORRIBLE. From the moment we checked in, we noticed it was very hot in the unit. I attempted to turn the thermostat down to begin to cool the unit and that's when I noticed a dehumidifier running in the unit. I called maintenance right away. When a maintenance man arrived he confirmed that the unit was in fact broken and could not be fixed during our stay. That was unacceptable to us so we called the rental agency and inquired about switching rooms. We were told that there was no other room to move us to on property but there was a one bedroom available down the street at a completely different complex or town. That would not work because we are a family of 5 and were here with multiple families. The only thing they were able to do for us is give us one box fan and one portable A/C unit that was not properly ventilated so it blew hot air out of the back defeating the purpose of its intended us. It was miserably hot and muggy. During our stay, we noticed several other things wrong with the unit. There was a broken table on the balcony with only one chair to sit at the table. The unit was NOT well stocked with kitchen essentials to be able to cook meals in the unit. It needed a few more size pots and such. There was also no dustpan in the unit. I could not pick up the dirt I was able to sweep up without a dustpan. The dishwasher top tray would not pull out and was also broken. I would never stay here or rent from this company again.

Best vaca EVER!

This condo is absolutely beautiful. The decor is amazing and it’s very clean. Plenty of space and a beautiful view of the ocean. I would highly recommend staying here!! I hope to come back next year!
