À quelques pas seulement de certains des meilleurs bars, restaurants et cafés de la ville, ce loft est l'endroit idéal pour découvrir la vie au centre-ville de Vancouver. À distance de marche du centre-ville, de Chinatown, du Village olympique, du parc Stanley et des transports en commun. Profitez d'un loft lumineux dans cet espace de 850 sqft, doté de murs en briques d'origine, de parquet et d'une cheminée à gaz. Magnifiquement meublé, c'est un espace véritablement unique au cœur du quartier historique de Gastown. Il n'y a pas de parking dans l'immeuble, mais de nombreuses places sont disponibles à proximité.

Le logement étant situé en plein centre-ville, il faut s'attendre à un certain niveau de bruit provenant de la rue. Si vous recherchez le silence absolu, cet endroit n'est peut-être pas le plus adapté à vos besoins. 24-159962

Lovely walk up studio. The only limitation is the 3rd story location with no elevator. Very accessible to the downtown district for eating and entertainment. The host was very informative and quick to respond to any questions.

Spacious loft and lively area in Gastown. Host was so attentive. Txted and he immediately replies. Comfy couch to relax in after the Vancouver Seawheeze 1/2 marathon. Lots of eateries and pubs in the area as well as some shopping. All in all great stay. Thank you.

To start, as the saying goes "location, location, location." There is so much to do in this area of Vancouver, i.e., walking or biking on the harbor and Stanley Park, shopping, restaurants, people watching. All this is a few steps from the apartment. The host was easy to work with and attentive to questions. The apartment clean and quiet.

Owner was really nice and the inside of the property was really nice. Comfortable stay for my wife and I and I would highly recommend for others. Area near it was decent with lots of dining and shopping around.

A fantastic loft in the heart of Gastown. The space was lovely, well appointed and bright thanks to both east/west exposure and a large skylight. The flat got very warm, but the AC unit and fan did the trick to cool things down. Bed was super comfy and there are lots of fantastic restaurants/cafes within a stone's throw. Note - this loft is in the heart of Gastown, directly across the street from three VERY popular bars. Music and laughter went on until well past midnight. It was fine for us, but if you're a light sleeper, you might want to avoid staying here over summer weekends. We'd 100% stay again!

Beautiful, open space on the top/third level of a gorgeous brick building in the heart of Gastown. You do have to walk up a few flights of stairs as there’s no elevator but this is effectively advised and transparent from the listing. Coming from Seattle, reminded us of the better days of Pioneer Square (from locals, sounds like the city conducted a fair bit of clean-up in hosting the World Cup games). Amazing retail, bar and restaurant options all around. Very close & clear communication from the host made the check-in & check-out process a breeze. Thoughtful & generous of the host to have had the A/C going upon our arrival during our summer stay. Found great parking just south down the street at an Easy Park garage. Would recommend and also consider staying here, again, in the future!

This rental was a gem, and exactly what we were looking for. In the heart of everything we wanted to do, and very walkable. The clubs across the street were very popular, but the brick walls and fans kept the noise to a minimum when we wanted to sleep. The Ukranian restaurant on the corner (Kozak's) and the Twisted Fork were both fabulous restaurants.

The location was amazing and made everything so walkable. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We felt very safe while in the building. We enjoyed the large amount of food and coffee shops around the apartment. The only downside we had was that there was no elevator. It was my fault for not noticing that it was a 3rd floor walkup when we had a ton of luggage.

Excellent space with great facilities. Well stocked kitchen with all sorts of gadgets, plenty of crockery and glassware. Dish washer, washing machine and dryer extremely useful.In a great location with easy access to restaurants etc, and lots of transport options.There is only one negative. It's not the general level of street noise but the excess 'party' noise from about 11 pm to about 3 am. This waxes and wanes over the time and surprisingly the worst night was a Thursday. We kind of got used to it and managed to get sleep. If you are a light sleeper this place is not for you.There is a lot of homelessness and drug use in the area too, so if this worries you will want to stay elsewhere.

Zentrales Appartement in Gastown

Wir konnten von hier aus alles zu Fuss oder mit Wassertaxi erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt wirklich mitten in Gastown direkt ander Waterfront St. Das Einchecken ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber dann sind wir doch noch in die Wohnung gelangt. Nachts nicht ganz so ruhig, dafür halt zentral.
