We had a wonderful time. The house was so clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook. The outside area was awesome!! Loved the view, even saw dolphins come close to the dock. We loved having a golf cart to cruise around in. Close walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and Mike was a fantastic host!!

We had an excellent stay and the house was incredible, with the decorations for Christmas. The house was super clean.And all the things that we needed in the kitchen. The most exciting part was the cam out on the dock.So we could watch the dolphins come in from the television inside the house.Super cool...

This property is absolutely gorgeous and they provide anything you could ever need from beach chairs, wagons and umbrellas to food condiments and shampoo and conditioner. We had such a blast on the golf cart and was able to use the designated parking for it. sunrises are beautiful on the dock and we saw several dolphins swimming near by. Most importantly, the place was so clean. Highly recommend staying here and the owner is near by if you need anything or have any questions.

Wonderful location, the golf cart was perfect to load up and spend the day at the beach and then drive to local restaurants for dinner. We had a minor housekeeping issue that was addressed right away by the host. Mike was great to communicate with and we can’t wait to go back!

The place was exactly as described and a wonderful place to unwind and relax. We loved the hot tub and being able to use the kayaks and paddle board. We weren’t able to enter the property upon arrival, as we were not given information on how to do so. It took 45 minutes and calling VRBO for us to get in (understandable, as it was 12:15am), but still a super unfortunate way to begin our trip. The host did try to pass the blame onto VRBO, but ultimately it was something that he should have double checked before we arrived. There were also tiny ants we discovered inside on the last day of our stay, but there were few and that is to be expected I’m sure in a warmer climate like this. All in all, I would stay again, as the place was really great. I just expected more as far as communication and an apology after the rough start.

Family getaway

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The property exceeded our expectations. The location was great and the golf cart was a nice perk to get around. The backyard is its own oasis and we enjoyed fishing, kayaking and using the hot tub. It’s a great spot for a family getaway and we will definitely be back! Mike was a great host and available if any issues (which we had none)!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Rock Beach! The place was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always making sure we had everything we needed. It’s also a very pet-friendly place, which made our trip even more special since we could bring our furry friends along.What we loved most was the unique character of the house — it has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. We had the best time staying at this perfect spot! Everything was great! Mike even helped us with my daughter’s fishing pole and let us borrow more when hers wasn’t strong enough. We had manatee visits at the dock on multiple days. The location is perfect too! Beds are comfy, house is clean, everything you need is already there too.The boat house is too cute. The golf cart is just icing on the cake. You won’t regret booking with Mike! We will be back!

Great property

Great property in a great location. Place was clean and updated. Just a really cool place to stay with friends or the family. Had an issue with the golf cart and the owner took car of it quickly. We will definitely be back next year.

The best times!

This was the best family trip! We had the best of both worlds! Fishing in the back yard and the Beach with in two minutes! Mike was super helpful and a pleasure to talk to! We loved the golf cart and how convenient it was to get to everything! Our family had plenty of room to move around and we had the best time! We plan to come back next year!

Best Host and Property In IRB!!!

Mike and his daughter did an AMAZING job on this property. From the way it's laid out, finishings, artwork, furniture...it's A.To top off the beauty of the property, Mike is an amazing person, and host. Main bedroom is nice and large, and all three beds are super comfortable. Everything is spotless clean, and you can tell they put a good amount of time and attention into everything. Lots of extras for the beach, paddle board and kayaks were a blast. Sandra D is a great little spot to chill. The hot tub is HUGE.Also, the golf cart. Wow, immaculate. And, once you get around in it - it's the ONLY way to go places in and around IRB.We will definitely be back. We love staying at different places in Florida...but, this is one we HAVE to come back to.Thank you Mike for the hospitality, and Adele - amazing work on how you made everything flow here.Much love!TJ, Becky, Kaitlyn, Kalani, Grace and Gibby.

Perfect & Peaceful Family Getaway

My family and I had an absolutely fantastic stay! The home was clean and comfortable and came with so many fun amenities we found ourselves rarely needing to venture outside of the home. Our toddler enjoyed swimming in the large spa and Mike (the host) made sure it was set to a temp that we could all enjoy in the heat. We also loved taking the kayaks and paddle board into the beautiful bay - having an outdoor shower made rinsing off a breeze. The golf cart was pristine and made driving to the local coffee shop/cafe super convenient & fun for our toddler. We were so impressed by the attention to detail Mike put into the entire home - we’d discover a new feature everyday that made us think “wow, he really thought of everything!” We will definitely be missing this home and waking up to that amazing view. We can’t wait to return in the future!

Clean and convenient

Great stay in IRB. Mike greeted us at our convenience when arriving to the property. Good conversationalist and attentive and still gives you privacy. Place was recently remodeled so everything is clean and new. The 6 seater golf cart was a great amenity - we didn’t use a car at all and took the cart to the beach and local restaurants. You can either park in designated cart spots or residential car spots - it’s great and super convenient. There’s a market down the street that has small items but mostly just your beer and wine and quick grabs. Publix is right across the bridge if you need groceries - we took an uber there and back - very easy. Back yard is great with the private dock. We used the grill, kayaks and hot tub - all with no issues. Umbrellas, large cooler and folding camping chairs provided. We rented folding Tommy bahama chairs locally for the weekend for a few of us due to preferences. Would overall recommend for a large group. Thanks!

When my wife and I purchased this home in 1998, we never imagined all the twists and turns that would come to be. The first several years, we both traveled for work but when back on weekends we mostly just stayed home and enjoyed our own little piece of paradise. With a five-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on the west coast. Mondays would always come to soon. Located in Indian Rocks Beach Florida, a cozy little town just south of Clearwater Beach (rated #1 beach in the US), and just 40 minutes from Tampa there’s never a loss for activities and sites to see. Local to IRB here, we have plenty of restaurants, beach shops, a nature trail and even a water slide park.
