What a lovely, clean and well appointed rental! We rented this home as it was close to Bradenton Motorsports Park as well as a 45 minute drive to the beaches in Sarasota.The hosts provided thick thirsty towels, a kitchen with new appliances that worked well and had many dishes, pots and pans as well as bowls to prepare great meals. A nice Kerig with coffee pods is provided and filtered water from the sink or refrigerator tasted good. The beds were comfortable, the only thing I would suggest you bring is a pillow as the pillows were not the greatest. The screened in porch is a nice addition although it was too cool while we were there to enjoy our morning coffee in it. The backyard is huge and great to fly a kite in. It is so quiet and peaceful at night, so a good night sleep is well deserved after a day sightseeing or at the beach. My granddaughters enjoyed seeing the horses at the back fence too!

Perfect Getaway

What an amazing GEM we happen to stumble upon. This charming home is the perfect getaway for anyone looking to escape from reality. The home was spotless, very comfortable, well stocked and planned for rentals. The evening stars were bright and the morning fog over the pond led to the most relaxing getaway. Looking forward to staying here again. Thank you Tony and Nancy for sharing your amazing home for this much needed getaway. Martin

Wonderful Experience

This VRBO was in close proximity to an outdoor family wedding we were attending from out of state. Everything was just the way it was advertised. Tony was great to communicate with, from my initial questions at booking all the way through the day we checked out. There was plenty of items you would hope to have when staying at a VRBO rather than a hotel (trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets), etc
 If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Tony!!

Beautiful estate on 5 acres 12 miles from our destination in Sarasota.Has sense of personal touch with decor, kitchen delightfully set up, making cooking a breeze. Cookware is nonstick, which we don't use, but that's okay, we always bring our own.Top quality appliances.The 2 BR and Bathroom are on opposite sides of the house, allowing privacy for guests.Screen porch overlooking pond was perfect for morning Yoga and evening meals watching herons and other water birds. Beds and linens were very comfortable.Screen

Our property comes with a gorgeous, sparkling pond teeming with fish and turtles. We just planted a bunch of tall coconut trees along the water, and watching them sway in the breeze is pure magic. The rustling leaves make such a relaxing soundtrack—you might just find yourself dozing off right there! 🌮🐟
