Perfect place to stay

My husband and I were very content staying at Teri’s condo for the month of Nov 2023. It was very clean and well appointed. The facility amenities are plenty incl 27 holes of golf, pickleball courts and beautiful pool(s). Teri was a gracious host and easy to be in touch with. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Private Golf and Country Club in a very nice gated community, with 27 challenging holes on well maintained grounds. 5 Pools, 2 fitness centers, tennis, pickleball and other community activities to enjoy. Along with a poolside and golf course Tiki Bar and Club House Restaurant/Bar to round things out. Community members and the staff were all very welcoming and enjoyable to be around. The condo itself was excellent, with all the amenities needed, so I felt right at home. The owners were excellent hosts and very responsive in my interactions with them. The location is excellent. Close to restaurants, shopping, medical facilities and the Interstate. I definitely recommend the community and would stay there again.

Great community...Awesome view...Gracious Hosts

Riverstrand is a wonderful resort style community..The condo has great views of the golf course and a couple of ponds from a 4th Floor Lanai and the condo is clean and stocked well with plates, dishes and towels etc. The hosts are indeed gracious and accommodating... Helped with special requests such as a higher speed internet for a special application. If you are looking a a relaxing stay...this will certainly do that.

Teri's Getaway

Teri's place was perfect for my 3 month stay. It is a spacious unit with a nice view of the golf course. Teri was always quick to respond if I needed anything. The country club this rental is located in is beautiful. I would definitely stay again if I am back in the area.

Lovely property. Great hosts

Lovely condo with great views over the Estuary course. Well maintained and the owners were very easy to deal with and answered any queries we had very promptly. The 27 hole golf course is in great condition and there are plenty of facilities on site from Pickle Ball to tennis and swimming. Teri and Jay looked after us very well and made our stay a pleasure.

Have stayed on Riverstrand before even in the same block of condos, this condo is lovely ,really clean and very nicely furnished, great view over the golf course. Communication with the owner Jay was easy and he was very quick responding about the booking, even though we were 5 hours difference as in the UK. Riverstrand itself is very nice great pools, tennis courts and golf courses, I will hopefully be back next year and would book same accommodation

The lifestyle at Riverstrand offers golf and other club amenities with easy drive to many gulf coast beaches. Also located right off I75 making travel to other Florida destinations convenient . Less than 15 min to waterfront dining is a plus with other great restaurants and shopping nearby !

Country club ammenities are available and optional with a member transfer fee of $347.75. This includes access to golf, tennis, pickleball, 2 fitness centers, 2 Club pools. (without the transfer there is access to a community pool across the street from the Condo ). as opposed to charging you for insurance, VRBO keeps your card on file for 14 days after check out and we can file a claim up to $500 for damage if there is any.
