Comfy Corner, a comfortable 2nd floor large one room condo in Fairfield Harbour.

Comfy Corner - A Unique One Bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed in a condo room that is bigger than many hotel rooms. We love that it is surrounded by nature, places to walk, and ponds throughout the walking area. You have your own private keyed entrance. No one else has access to it during your stay.

It has room darkening curtains making it a great place to sleep. We have a coffee maker with coffee pods. There is a small table and 2 chairs, a luggage rack, and a TV with over the air channels and a fire stick where you can access your own apps.

We have a beautiful public golf course open 7 days unless there is an event; and "The Pointe" restaurant on site is open 5 days a week, Wednesdays through Sundays. On Mondays and Tuesdays we have food trucks that are located in the parking lot of the bank's ATM.

There are many excellent restaurants in Downtown New Bern. Morgan' s Tavern is our favorite. The Marina has a small store and we have a Dollar General a few miles away where you can pick up various items. It does not have a kitchen but it does have a small refrigerator, separate freezer, and a microwave and a coffee maker with coffee pods and tea bags. It is a great place to visit and/or look around if you are planning to move to this area!

We have an activity center with an in-door and outdoor pool, hot tub, miniature golf, the Marina and a small store at the Mariana. I would meet you there to get up to 2 tickets for one day passes. You cannot live in the 3 surrounding counties of Craven, Pamlico or Jones County; otherwise a valid ID with home address and state will allow me to get you two passes.

There are events in town and in Fairfield Harbour throughout the year. New Bern is the Colonial Capital of North Carolina. It is a very quaint, historical town. There is Mum Fest, the Ghost Walk, The Firefighters Museum, The Pepsi Museum and Tryon Palace as well as historical churches and sections of the City, to name a few popular sites and events. There are walking trails and the unit is walking distance to the Fishing Pier.


You can spend a few nights, a week, or longer; but you don't have to spend a fortune! Check in is at 3:00 pm and Check out is at 11:00 am. Please feel free to ask for extensions of check in and out by contacting me. Whenever no one else is checking in or out, I can extend a certain amount of time for your convenience!
