Get away from it all and breath in the magic of the forest. Quaint lakefront cottage in the woods with direct waterfront on crystal clear Beach Pond. Peaceful view of the lake from the front porch. Includes use of our private sand beach, 10 person wood-fired Finnish sauna and abundant hiking trails in Pachaug and Arcadia Forests. 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. Living room has a large sofa for a 5th person. Jetted jacuzzi tub for a cozy soak on a cool winter night. 20 minutes to Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods casinos. Directly between Boston and New York and just 15 minutes from I-95. Drink your coffee on the porch swing while enjoying the sparkling lake views.

Absolutely amazing house and host!! We loved the sauna, the scenery, the lake, the fireplace, and just the overall feel of the home. Thank you so much for an amazing stay. We plan to come back in the spring!!

Our host Angela was great. Set up a Christmas tree and garland for the holiday. It was a great place on the water. And we got to enjoy the snow storm.

Fantastic stay

We stayed for two nights at a wonderful little house within view of the lake, enjoying the nightlife (cats), the facilities (Finnish sauna), and the amazing atmosphere.

Excellent Place To Stay

The cottage was much larger than we expected and very nice. The location is excellent, right next to the pond with multiple close by hiking trails.

A really nice quite cabin in a camp

The Lake House was super enjoyable, nice and quiet, on the beautifully frozen beach pond. We enjoyed the sauna as well, just a few steps away. My partner and I stayed with another couple and we had a great weekend reset together here. The propane fireplace is so nice to just sit in front of and relax.

The horses on the property were an added delight – their gentle presence and majestic beauty made our stay even more special.But what truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible host.
