With modern comforts, a prime location near the river and various city hubs, this rental is your ultimate retreat for a memorable getaway.

This charming two-bedroom, one-bathroom haven offers two queen beds, making it perfect for accommodating up to four guests. Additionally, it boasts a full office space with a reliable, high speed 1-gig WiFi connection, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry facilities, allowing you to pack light and make the most of your stay. Beautiful Historic Home in San Marco!
The home is beautiful and has been thoughtfully renovated, keeping its historic charm! We enjoyed the available indoor games and the pool table which does not require any change to use (just push in change slot to secure pool balls). The hosts are very nice people and responsive! As a FYI, the host uses a company called "superhog," which is a part of the rental communication after you book, for a refundable security deposit with credit card input (credit card is not charged unless any incidentals -$500 limit) or a non-refundable one time $50 which will cover any incidentals/damages. I opted for the non-refundable $50 with kids but there were no issues and I would have been fine with the refundable deposit. Just FYI, "superhog" is a legit host support for your stay. Also, as with any VRBO, put up/secure any available laundry pods, etc. to protect pets and kids. Great stay - I'd stay again!

This place was lovely! A lot of windows for the sun to stream in. Beautiful hardwood floors. This was a wonderful place to stay. It has everything you would need. The owners were very communicative and it felt like they really wanted us to enjoy our stay. Would definitely stay here again if In the area again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was nicely furnished, tastefully decorated and very clean. The surrounding area was nice, by a river and local shops. The owner was great and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Perfect Stay!!
Our VRBO experience exceeded all expectations! The location was unbeatable – close to the river, offering breathtaking sunsets, and a short walk to downtown San Marco. The house was impeccably clean, and the space was functional and comfortable. The stylish furnishings added charm, and the air filter was a nice touch. The well-supplied kitchen with granite countertops allowed us to prepare delicious meals easily. The management team was responsive, and the easy parking and check-in process made our stay convenient. The quiet and safe neighborhood provided a peaceful atmosphere. Thoughtful amenities like ample hot water, bath towels, and excellent WiFi were appreciated. The washer and dryer were in excellent condition and provided cleaning supplies, iron, and ironing board were convenient extras. Plugs by the bed made phone charging easy. Our experience was exceptional, and we can't wait to return. Thanks to the hosts for providing such a fantastic home away from home.
