Family Reunion

This home is nicely remodeled and provided good space for us. It was great to have updated appliances in the kitchen and laundry on site. Bobby was very responsive with communicating, and check-in and check-out were easy. We enjoyed our stay in Evansville.

We stayed for a week with our tween boys. They loved having a basement with games to retreat to. We enjoyed everyone having their own space. Close to most places.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. The young ones loved the game room downstairs. The owner was courteous and helpful, giving us good direction when we had questions. The location was perfect for our needs, close to Ford Center, downtown. I would rent this house again, should the need arise.

We had an enjoyable stay here and so appreciated the ways the host went out of the way for a great visit! The house was clean, rooms were a good size for a getaway, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need for cooking & enjoying the time at home!

Weekend Getaway

Had a great Labor Day weekend getaway with my family. The property was extremely clean. Beautifully decorated, and the kids had a blast downstairs with the games. Will rent again next time we're in the area.

Perfect family house

My family and sisters family stayed here for my daughters graduation from UE (we’re from Cincy). This place is exactly as described. Very clean and decorated beautifully. Everyone had fun in the huge basement with the ping pong table and basketball game! Host is wonderful and super responsive. This is a must place to stay!

Very cozy and comfortable!

We came to Evansville with family to view the Eclipse. The house was as described. We loved hanging out in the basement, playing games and watching TV. All the information host provided was very helpful.

Welcoming house with a convenient location

The property is exactly as the pictures show. Bobby was responsive, clear in communication and kind. The property locations is easy to access local stores, Churches, and schools. Beautiful birds in the back yard and old trees that bring nature to your stay (we were here in the winter so trees have no leaves but the trees are tall and in their fullness must be very beautiful).

Was looking forward to reliving a childhood game of Table Tennis, this was disappointing as it was not a full size table tennis game, it was smaller than a table. Outside pictures look like your neighbors aren’t right next to you. Wish I didn’t have to keep checking my email to get instructions on how to leave the property instructions prior or at the house would have been nice. Was told to put the garbage outside in the bids but those where overflowing.

Would stay again but son is moving home

So first and foremost i give this review with my most honest opinion and hurt it doesn't hurt anyone. The commute from my oldest son school to and from the house was perfect (walking distance) cause he is on track and would rather walk which is a 5 min walk, when i arrived i expected the neighborhood to not look so perfect because in the city before but the curb appeal could have been better far as the grass being cut before any guest arrived not just me, but it was taken care of 2 days later, when i walked inside i didn't feel ugh as i did when i stay at another house during my first visit and had to leave hours later. The house was kind of like a home away from a apartment NO disrespect but i did find flaws that i will not disclose but i did let the property owner know that the maid needs to do a better job cleaning. Also bobby was extremely way over pleasant nice because at times i felt like i was bothering him to much but he didn't seem annoyed but very understanding and quickly responsive when i would reach out about anything. My youngest enjoyed the downstairs the most because he a game head and i would not let him touch the tv in the main room so he didn't sleep in his room until the last day and i made him due to it not being a tv in the room but it wasn't a problem for me i loved it because it remained me of growing up, my oldest bday and prom was days apart from each other and the porch made a good picture perfect moment for me as a single mom. Thanks for having us!
