Oceanfront Caribbean Style Villa that is centrally located in Bodden Town for a laid-back experience in tranquility. All 12 villas in complex are oceanfront with views of the sea. We have 6 villas on main floor and 6 villas on second floor. You can enjoy the pool with in-water bar stools or sit on a private beach near the ocean. We have a stretch of beach that allows you to walk for miles. We are surrounded by a coral reef giving our guests access to some of the best snorkeling on the island.

This is great property with a gorgeous ocean front view. The condo is well maintained and everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. This was our 4th stay here and, honestly, everything was perfect. We'll be back.

Beautiful Ocean-Front stay

Loved the unit and ocean access. The view and sounds of the ocean were incredible. Street noise was annoying.

Outstanding Place To Stay

We just returned from Sea Palms. This is an outstanding place to rest and relax. Located with an ocean view on a beach you can't really ask for more. Our unit was in pristine condition with comfortable furniture both outside and in. Our host, Karen, was terrific and a pleasure to deal with. We'll definitely be back.

Wonderful

Very quaint, clean property! Perfect for my husband and me. The water is so beautiful and the location is pretty central. Several great places to eat nearby. Jane was very responsive and friendly!

We stayed at Sea Palm Villas for six nights during Christmas week. It was our first time to Grand Cayman and happy we picked a property off the beaten path. The serenity was worth the drive to/from dinner options in Georgetown or Seven Mile Beach. Communication with Karen was superb. She was very prompt on her responses and very accommodating. I will recommend Sea Palm Villas to friends and family traveling to GC.

A great place to be!

We loved our return stay to Sea Palm Villas. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The unobstructed views all day are spectacular. The spacious veranda with direct access to the pool, larger patio and beach is a great place to enjoy tropical sunrise and gets great sun all day long. You can open your screen door and hear the waves crashing on the distant barrier reef. We enjoy being away from the bustle of 7-mile beach, but all points of the islands are accessible with a reasonable and mostly pleasant drive. We enjoyed visiting them, but then retreating to privacy and calm at the end of the day. That said, renting a vehicle is a must. There are some services within walking distance, but not many. The units themselves are spacious, well appointed 1-bedroom units. In any case the star attraction is the wall of four floor to ceiling large glass sliding doors that bring the carribean to you. Great sea views inside and out! Great setting! And great value compared to more trafficked/crowded parts of the island.
