Experience pure relaxation at a cozy, yet spacious cottage on the tranquil waters of Thomas Pond in Raymond. With its serene ambiance and breathtaking sunset views, this cozy waterfront property offers you the "Golden Pond" feel. Thomas Pond is a haven for fishing, swimming, and wildlife viewing, covering approximately 442 acres. Take advantage of the rowboat, canoe, 2 kayaks, and two paddleboards to explore the calm pond. The brand new dock can accommodate up to a 12' boat, complete with a ladder for swimming and sunbathing. The property's level, grassy terrain is lovely, with a private and scenic view, and some brush and rocks along the shoreline. The cottages location is conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, recreational facilities, and cinemas for an all-encompassing experience.

We had a lovely stay on Thomas Pond - the house was spacious and well equipped with games, books, kitchen utensils and tools. There were clear directions and instructions for staying at the property both online and in the house. We're already looking forward to next year!

Very quiet and peaceful location. Enjoyed hearing the loons. Did some fishing and kayaking. Weather could have been a little better, but didn't stop us from enjoying our week.
