Cast Iron Cabin is a very private, adults-only (18 and over) rental cabin located on South Pittsburg Mountain. Primarily focused on corporate lodging and occasionally vacation rental when our family is not using it. Situated on 10 acres of heavily wooded land and offers fantastic views of the Tennessee River from the hot tub!

What an amazing place to stay. The beauty of the home and site, the ease of check-in/check-out and the convenience having the basics provided (seasonings, utensils, ice etc) were a godsend. Thank you for making the trip even better than we could have imagined.

If you are looking for somewhere peaceful to relax this is it!! The cabin was cute, clean and had the most amazing view! Communication with the host was top notch! They even checked to see if we needed anything halfway through our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need to cook a nice dinner, but if you go in to town and see a sign at the Foodland that says they have fresh smoked ribs do yourself a favor and get some.

My girlfriend and I had a great time! The cabin was very clean. Its location in a quiet and beautiful area was exactly what we were looking for. The views from the back porch were amazing.

We were looking for a quiet, secluded cabin not far from home (Just outside Nashville) to spend a small family getaway weekend, and this property was exactly that. The cabin itself was perfect size for 4 people, with a queen bed and king bed available downstairs, and a loft with a folding couch/futon. The view from the front porch was amazing. The only wish we had was that it was just a little cooler so we could use the fireplace!

Great hosts and cabin

Hosts were very nice and cared about our stay. They came to refill the hot tub and refill amenities such as laundry detergent. They were great at communicating and responded quickly as well. The cabin was very clean and well decorated. Hot tub was nice as well.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful cabin, great views. Hot tub was great in the evening after a day of golf! Clean, comfortable beds and furniture. The Host Myra was great, very responsive to our questions. Thank you, enjoyed our week.

Sweetens Cove Golf Trip

Stayed at this amazing cabin on a weekend trip to go play golf at Sweetens Cove. It is an easy 15 min drive from the course and is a clean nicely furnished relaxing spot with amazing views. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Cabin

We had two couples staying at the cabin. Everything was perfect. The beds were super comfortable. We loved having the hot tub and used it several times. The location of the cabin provided a lot of privacy and the views were gorgeous. We didn't eat out, had all of our meals in the cabin, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The owners were great to work with also. I would definitely stay here again!

Much needed R&R

Love the cabin. Was exactly what we needed. Only one comment would be to suggest scape driveway. Recent storms and truck have caused some decent sized ruts that bottom out a sedan. Easy fix. All in all 4.5 out of 5.

Short vaca

We stayed a couple of nights. The view was fabulous. The cabin was very clean and the beds extremely comfortable. I only gave 4 stars because the cabin manager didn’t return my messages (they we not urgent). However the property is awesome.
