The master bedroom features a queen size bed, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and an amazing view of the serene backyard. The "big den" is the perfect room for charades or movie night. The property has plenty of parking as well as a large two-car carport.

There is a firepit in the backyard and gas grill on the carport, which can be moved into the yard. The house is stocked with DVDs, CDs and board games. The front yard is a great place to play tag football or wiffle ball.
