Downtown Boyne City with Lake Charlevoix View, Sleeps 9

The Cleat House is just the place to enjoy your time while visiting Boyne City. The space is the lower residence of a beautiful home located directly across from the Harborage Marina. It has a dedicated and private entrance with an expansive porch with gas grill, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, den, kitchen, washer/dryer. In addition, this space is handicap accessible from a side walkway from the front parking area and through french doors. The bathroom has a barrier free, walk-in shower and open space throughout the rooms. The perfect spot to enjoy any season Up North with the whole family.

Note that you have a private entrance at the front of the home. There is parking for two vehicles. In addition, we rent the home next door to this property. If you need a larger space, inquire regarding availability.

Great location

The six of us (all adults) enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. It's well situated to walk everywhere and is in a quiet neighborhood (we were there "off season" in mid October.

Great location and view

We enjoyed a quick weekend trip at this lovely lower level duplex. The walk to town was convenient and we loved sitting on the front porch while taking in the stunning views. Very clean and plenty of space! Would love to stay again for longer. Thank you for sharing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and provided items necessary for our short stay. The only negative with the house is it only accommodates two vehicles in the driveway (we had three in our group). The other item is the bedroom with the bunk beds doesn't have AC, it got warm in the bedroom. I would definitely recommend the house in spite of the two shortcomings.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of this property. Boyne City felt a little sleepy compared to other locations we’ve stayed along Lake Michigan. We walked to the downtown area daily for coffee, crepes, and dinner. We loved the big playground and the grocery store was very conveniently located. We rented a boat and tube, played at the nearby state park, went further afield to the state park outside of Charlevoix on Lake Michigan, and rafted on the Jordan River. All around fantastic location. The power in the kitchen went out one night and the property manager was very prompt about coming over to locate the circuit breaker and get things running again.
