Recently updated with a brand-new AC unit and thermostat, fresh paint, wood flooring in the bedroom, and a new ceiling fan, our space is designed for your comfort. Condo was clean and provided the space we needed close to campus. We didn’t have any issue with the temperature in the condo. The shower faucet needs to be updated and the tub quickly fills with water while showering. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Convenient and close to UF

The condo was well kept and stocked for our weekend stay. It was very easy to get to the events we came to Gainesville for and convenient to stores and restaurants. We had no complaints at all and enjoyed our stay!

Lovely Landing Pad

Beautifully decorated and very clean. It smelled so good as soon as we walked in. Everything we needed including iron, ironing board and hair dryer. We would highly recommend it!

Great location and value for the price

Lance was responsive and the unit was clean. A little tricky to find in the apartment complex, but Lance provided great instructions and response time.

Convenient to UF Campus

We spent three nights in Gainesville for UF preview - this condo was close to everything related to the campus and near to great dining options. Everything in the space was well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to my few questions. Definitely a great experience all around.

This was my first time using VRBO. The directions given for everything were spot on. The place was clean and well cared for. When I visit family again in Gainesville this will be the first listing I will go to!

My stay

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. The apartment complex is a little on the scary side. We would wake up to the entire apartment smelling like Marijuana The cleaning team could have done better as the couch was dirty. All in all it was okay for a couple days.

Vacation time

Place was as advertised, close to everything we wanted. Daughter’s apartment was right down the street. Quiet place at night, nice beds, great shower pressure, everything you need to cook a nice meal. Only downside was cable tv. But we had our daughters laptop to hdmi movies at night.
