Very nice sized condo for the money. Everyone was comfortable. Host responded immediately when I messaged for entry code info. Will keep this in my rolodex for next trip to Gainesville.

We had a huge issue that the previous people who stayed smoked cigarettes & weed before we were there although it was a non-smoking space. The owner washed the linens and sprayed heavy smelling cleaners to try and get the spray out but it made it even worse. We arrived very late in the evening so we were stuck there as it was too late to find somewhere else to stay. If we had been notified ahead of time, we may have been able to find somewhere else. Although the property owner offered for us to cancel our stay, we were not able to because it was move in week at UF and there was no where else to go. The owner did not offer to help us find somewhere else. She did have the space cleaned the next day while we were out which helped a little bit but all of our belongings that we brought with us including pillows smelled for weeks after we left. I was very sympathetic to the owner and the plight she was left with after the bad renters before us, but was never shown any sympathy towards my situation. Then, we discovered that the windows & sliding glass door were broken & unable to be locked. She had someone come out to fix this but it was not able to be fixed and did not tell us it could not be fixed so we found this out on our own. Lack of communication here that was frustrating. We were out of the space for 2.5 days - she had plenty of time to get someone back in there to fix it properly after the first person was unable to. Overall, a terrible experience.

Mini Vacation with extended family

The property is in a good location, could use some updating inside and out, Major plus It was clean, the 4th bedroom did not have a bed it was more of a futon/pullout. it worked out ok for us but it would not for a couple.It needs a full-size or maybe twin bunk bed. The big downside is that you have to climb 3 flights of stairs. which was pretty rough for us 55 with bad knees, and there is NO Hot tub anywhere on site. The pool was not in the best condition, Overall, it was a good stay and the beds are comfortable

Great location

Our stay was great, the property was clean and as advertised. For a four bedroom apartment, it could be better if the fourth bedroom had a bed instead of a futon, but that was as listed.

Friend coming together

Catherine place was great....clean...was great for 7 adults....Catherine was very easy to get a hold of....very quick to answer any questions or concerns. Loved the location.Very quiet area. Lots of parking.Would stay there again.

Simple & Close

Catherine was super accommodating and very fast to respond to questions. Her place is simple but has most everything that you would need. Living room has a large super comfy couch. Perfect for relaxing with our friends. Each room has its own bathroom and shower which was great and really good water pressure too. Just a note that one of the bedrooms does have a futon as a bed. Might not be the best for an adult. There was an air mattress in the closet which may have been a better option. Plenty of blankets and pillows in all the rooms. There is a pool at the complex that made a great workout spot! Still too cold to swim when we visited. The description mentioned a hot tub but we didn't see one.We could get to a lot of places for shopping and restaurants within 15 minutes. This worked out great for our short trip. We had 6 people stay very comfortably.

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was the perfect location and size for us during our stay. It was close to the university and the softball tournament we attended. Checking in was easy and the place was nice and clean. Communication with Catherine was great. I would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect

The place was clean and comfortable. The property owner went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful - including ordering a crock pot for us to use so we didn’t have to haul ours down. Appreciated the space to spread out. Nice beds, comfy couch!

Clean & Quiet

It was very clean and the neighborhood is quiet. There was so much space for all 5 of us. It's also close to campus. We enjoyed visiting with our daughter. Thanks for a great stay.

Football Weekend

I recommend this VRBO for location, cleanliness, spaciousness, and value. The shower pressure was great. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. While the unit could use some upgrading, our weekend stay for a UF football game was great. My only comment for someone to consider is that the unit is on the 3rd floor, and we did not see an elevator, so if anyone in the group has mobility problems this might not be the VRBO for you.

Gainesville stay

Our stay at the Gainesville condo was exactly what we needed. The host was extremely gracious and communication was excellent. We were staying for my daughter’s softball tournament and it was perfect!

Perfect for our group!

We were in town for a wedding celebration! The 4 bathrooms was just what we needed for everyone to get ready on time! The condo is decently sized, undergoing some updating, but suited us we'll! Catherine was so very helpful with any questions we had! It was a great stay

Convenient and clean condo

The condo itself was clean and well appointed. The property it is in has student housing, so the surrounding needs some maintenance. It was safe, close to UF, restaurants, and stores. Right off I-75 on Archer Rd. Christine the owner is very communicative. I will come back again when I visit my child who just started at UF.

No happy at all.

The place wasn't accessible for anyone with mobility problems. As my mother have very bad knee injuries also my husband that just had a couple of stents put in. The door number was 116 you would figure ground floor we had to climb 3 flights of stairs. No room had tv's. The refrigerator was dirty from last guest visit. Couldn't get the tv that was there to work. Because of last minute unable to find somewhere else to go.
