The fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom was great since it was all ladies this trip. It was clean, had all the necessary accommodations needed. In a great location, close to good restaurants. We were there for a volleyball tournament and it was only 5 minutes from the venue. My only draw back was it an old construction. The beds were comfortable, which is always a win!

The condo was great and satisfied all our needs. The directions were good and lead us right to the complex but it took awhile to figure out which condo. Just a small change to the directions noting it is the front building, 3rd floor, unit 116 would have been a big help. But everything else about this place was top notch and communication was easy. Thx for a great stay and we hope to come back again.

Great location

Our stay was great, the property was clean and as advertised. For a four bedroom apartment, it could be better if the fourth bedroom had a bed instead of a futon, but that was as listed.

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was the perfect location and size for us during our stay. It was close to the university and the softball tournament we attended. Checking in was easy and the place was nice and clean. Communication with Catherine was great. I would definitely recommend this place.

Our stay at the Gainesville condo was exactly what we needed. The host was extremely gracious and communication was excellent. We were staying for my daughter’s softball tournament and it was perfect!

Stress free stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Catherine's apartment. It's a great size for larger groups, although if you're tall, you want to nab one of the rooms with a proper bed!

Clean & Quiet

It was very clean and the neighborhood is quiet. There was so much space for all 5 of us. It's also close to campus. We enjoyed visiting with our daughter. Thanks for a great stay.

Great place

Can't beat this place! Grandson was in a baseball tournament in Newberry. Our whole family stayed here. Very centrally located. Owner was excellent to deal with! Definitely would stay again.

Exactly what we needed.

We traveled from IL for softball tournament. It had everything we needed after long days at the ballpark. Clean, effecient, 4 bathrooms were a blessing. Great place to stay!

Friend coming together

Catherine place was great....clean...was great for 7 adults....Catherine was very easy to get a hold of....very quick to answer any questions or concerns. Loved the location.Very quiet area. Lots of parking.Would stay there again.

Perfect

The place was clean and comfortable. The property owner went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful - including ordering a crock pot for us to use so we didn’t have to haul ours down. Appreciated the space to spread out. Nice beds, comfy couch!

Perfect for our group!

We were in town for a wedding celebration! The 4 bathrooms was just what we needed for everyone to get ready on time! The condo is decently sized, undergoing some updating, but suited us we'll! Catherine was so very helpful with any questions we had! It was a great stay

Quick Weekend

Our daughter received her white coat from UF, so as a family we decided to make it a weekend in Gainesville. The condo was very accommodating and the 4 bedrooms each with a bathroom was a plus. We would definitely book again for a short weekend trip.
